Registration method:

Very Useless application, we can't transaction any amount only balance we can view, but they put transaction and my beneficiary option it's not useful, I don't know we they given this option either make it as useful or else remove it
Excellent app for remittance Excellent app for sending money in mins to my family, as a Mypay customer of Riyad bank I am very much happy to use this product. It's helpful to send money at anytime. I wish through this app without queuing for long time at remittance centers.
I keep enter my username and password and app keep telling me it's wrong! But when i try the same information on ryiad app it logged in normally. I cannot log in in this app completely ..
Tried so many times, the same msg. can' t even change the password. Money transfer app shouldn't be like this. This is not an app rather than a joke!
I am Riyad Online Customer. When I tried to register for EZ Transfer, it says you are already registered. I tried my Riyadonline username and Password, it says wrong loginid or Password. When I click on forgot password.....the app hanged / crashed.
Its not working on MYPAY salary account when i get call and she asked to enter iqama number, after entering number she says there is no active card and call get disconnected. But i can check balance in the app but couldn't add beneficiaries
I can't sign in my user name because if i enter this _ sign can,t view..i sign it like this jumong_23 but its showing is only this jumong23 and said incorrect user.
The app doesn't work, period. Please remove it from playstore, a complete waste of time.
when i try to use forget password, it send SMS code, after i enter this code nothing happening. and i cant access my account!! Is there any recommendation
I already sign in thanks but the problem now so many needed information to be filled up and in the last part for confirmation it says my account not allowed how on earth I cannot add a beneficiary
It only shows your current balance but you cannot add beneficiary it always shows error.

Please fix the problem even mypay customer cant register. I try to use this app but its not working with my Riyad bank user id and password. I try to create new account for this app..cant saying i have already user id. The erorr when I am trying to login..its saying invalid user name or passw but same details are working with riadonline
Doesn't work with RiyadOnline ID. Doesn't allow to creat new user. Saying you are already registered and use forgot password. That takes you nowhere.
Bad service. you can see you balance only. Other bank application is good and perfect service.

Whenever i try to register with my Iqama and click continue nothing happens, i have mypay card. Please fix the registeration process.

cant login with my user id and password. im pretty sure i input my id and password correctly.
I am a Riyad Bank regular customer and can't register or reset my password. It keeps saying: "Dear Customer, You already registered. Please use Forgot password to Reactivate." I then try to enter my Iqama ID to reset my password and nothing happens after the one time password. I will update this review if Riyad Bank updates and corrects their app.
It's not working... Given an error always... Invalid username and password...
cant even registered a Password , thousands of times tried but app is not accepting my password for registration.
I faced an issue during registration, then I call Call center and they resolved the issue immediately

When adding a beneficiary always says "error, Labor KYC madatory details are missing.
I tried to update password everytime its show worng pin no or card no.
I don't know why they name this application "Eztransfer". Even we can't add the beneficiary. They made one mandatory thing is "sender city". In that field we can't right & we cant find any name in the list. And this field you can't escape.
