Responsive app despite having a low-spec smartphone. I just wish they remove the idle timeout or let the user to configure it in the setting to have more control with the app. So far, I like its features.

The time zone change always screws with it but the main issue I have is that now the web view requires you to install their plugin. This is a no-no, mainly because the times when I want to view my cameras via the web is when I am at work and there is no way I am installing their software on a work computer. And in general I do not want their software on my personal computers either, poor decision imho. Will likely move away from Uniview in the future.

Good app easy to use. Can you please have the playback timeline show motion events. Keep not motion section blue and motion event parts red similar to other competing brands. Makes finding things so much easier

Very bad mine has kicked all of my setup out I have an app thats not working at all. It to me to the pin code on my tab and phone then nothing. Disgraceful People install a Product and then the App doesn't do what the Selling point is Notification of intrusion. Zero Nil None Why The App does not support the Product. Useless

Everything works how it supposed to be except that it only works with wifi. Every time when I am not on site I need to use my 4G to check cameras but doesn't work.

It doesn't even send the confirmation email. I wait for 10 15 minutes but the confirmation email never comes. I try to resend but still the same result.

Works well when connected to wi-fi, hopeless on 4G. When app suggests switching to low quality, it won't stay on the low quality selection. Audio very iffy, might be hardware but maybe trying to feed audio from all cameras at once.

Improving. We are UNV dealer. App is stable. Not 5 star though. Push notifications not great and need thumbnail with it like Hik-connect.

Decoding 95% stuck. On Android operating systems it appears I can no longer access the cameras on this app when on the mobile network. I have not been able to use my securit properly for 3 months. It works when the phone is on any wifi network, but never on mobile, getting stuck at 95%. This may as well be the same as no security. To add frustration to this, it used to work. there is very little service available from uniview. Very likely a problem they have caused, and will not fix.

Can't connect to the camera at all after the latest update. Now completely useless.

Updates glitch app. When first installed the app worked well with my cameras. Each time there is an update, the app glitches become more severe. The latest update causes freezes, crashes and some features to not work at all. I need to reload / open it several times for features to operate

Eastern Standard Time zone is off by an hour and a half. Ive manually set it several times from main component but it goes right back to wrong time! Yes, I have DST enabled but doesn't help. It makes playback of alerts almost impossible to view because it gets so confusing to find the time's! Also, it stays on 24hr format even though i have it set to 12. Even more brain draining. Im over it.

Cannot add cameras. No + Button is visible in the app. Tried networking and port unblocking etc, the +Button just doesnt appear. Supplier thinks it onoy happens on my end, I've used multiple device and none of them are able to add cameras. Wasted hours trying fix the issues. Will stick with my arlo cameras rather than my $3000 system which is useless.

pretty straightforward, nothing really special. i hate the loading time and design tho not to mention the goddamn playback which is the worst thing ever.

It's good but After last update and version 2.29.2 the app not work. Please fix it soon

Great app. We Use it every day to control my rooming house and I haven't had any issues except the playback takes forever but that's the only problem I have with it. So please fix playback feature. Make it easier to view only when the motion detector goes on throughout the day.

App is horrible. Says system is offline. Please fix bugs

so so.. half the time it shows that my device appears to be offline and this can last for 5-7 days. its not my internet connection as streaming other content still works. so the constant dropping of the device in the app is frustrating. when app thinks device is online i can then go back into playback which further indicates an app problem.

Very poor, had to reset it numerous times, as the DVR doesn't link up with the QR code for the app. Once connected, it keeps crashing. It now has an update which takes you to an external page which will not allow you to download. I even tried to link my system to another app but that was unsuccessful as the system only carries this app. Sort it out guys. Take some tips from EZVIZ which is much better and user friendly.

Too much bugs and stucks most of the time

Very unresponsive, that's if it loads. Takes ages for cameras to load when it works. Looks like the push update failed. In general, not very good. Get your act together, or I won't be fitting these anymore.

I have never encountered a problem using this app. My cameras always come up promptly. Once in a while, the app has trouble connecting to the cameras. When I try a second time, the cameras are always visible.

Very clear and consistent

Keeps crashing "unresponsive" on my phone. Even when I'm not using the app and hadn't opened it since my last restart. Seems suspicious. This software doesn't need to run in the background of my device. If I'm not looking at the cameras this app should not be running.
