When will you add an in app adjustment for selection of chime type (mechanical, digital, or none) without having to reset the camera each time you need to choose your indoor chime type. Otherwise you could fix the issue of the indoor mechanical chime working after initial setup for a short time then failing until you reset the the camera again in order to access the chime type selection choices. You folks have known about this issue for 3 years, yet you have not addressed it. Where to get parts?
Ive been using this app since the very rocky beginnings, many years ago, and I feel it peaked with the previous UI. Last major overhaul of the interface lost the plot, imho. Can you please make your previous .apk's available for download on your website? I do not want to download the app from a third party. Thanks for all the good times so far.
I have a total 10 units of ezviz camera of various models....no complain about the product. But there is some improvement in the software that perhaps could be considered in your next update. Your motion detection function could be in 2 set up 1. For areas without notification schedule 2. For areas with notification schedule. This is to allow users a more comprehensive selection of areas designed for push notifications during odd hours.
Odd was working all fine. Suddenly all app push notifications gone and never come through and yes reinstalled and checked settings etc. So I have multiple captures and no notifications which is annoying as some have been parcel deliveries etc. Also as others mentioned the live stream 1. Why limit the live view if I wanna watch for 5mins then I shouldn't have to keep restarting the live view. 2nd why not full screen option absolutely baffling feature To remove!
This app just keeps getting worse. It used to work relatively ok about a year ago but with every update more things break (such as being able to log in) and now it logged me out and removed all my devices and scanning doesn't work anymore. Honestly the worst app on my phone and a real shame the hardware (cameras) depends on it. Lately one of the cameras also has the light come on as if someone is watching it even though only i control them with the app. It feels sketchy..
1. The detection zone no longer triggers the alarm (all settings are fine and previously worked). 2. The detection zone is really hit and miss and may not record. 3. Since the firmware update, when it does record, push notifications are no longer received neither by email or the app. 4. Since the firmware update, its gone offline more.
After updation (29/3/2022), there is issues.. playbac option not working properly. Only 'first time' scroll down the cursor time position, then video is changing to that position, but again I need to scroll down a new time position cursor is moving but video is not moving, means still video is the old position. Please fix it and update as soon as possible. Now I am unable to see the previous videos the same day.. If functions like this no use of the cameras, sorry
I got new Ezviz camera wifi C3TN, but has a trouble with motion detection function. I want to activate this function only from 1am to 5am, but the camera beeping for entire a day. Although I have tried to set time that activate this mode, app kept showing that FAIL TO SAVE without a reason. *After having a support from Ezviz, I figured out how to set up an alarm mode properly. Now camera and Ezviz app are working very well.
Great camera, great features. Let down by poor instructions and poor app. The app is RUBBISH BY THE WAY. FAILED TO LOAD IS A REGULAR FEATURE OF THE APP SO DO NOT EXPECT TO VIEW VIDEO CLIPS STRAIGHT AWAY. GETTING TO VIEW CLIPS IS A NIGHTMARE which defeats the object of the cctv set up!!!!!
I'm trying to login on the app using email and password and it doesn't work. I also reset my password and after putting email and pass I get on the page of the verification number that is always wrong by the app and I get redirect to the login page. I can't access my account. Please fix ot immediately. Edit I change my password with just numbers and letters (no other chars) and it worked. I just don't understand why the form accepted the pass that didn't have the right parameters.
New update locked out of account👎🏻 Cannot sign in even with correct credentials because every time you try it asks you for the verification code and once you insert it, kicks you back to login screen and asks you to insert correct region. It is selected and has always been the same. So annoying when you break something that was working. Cannot access my cameras.
Not a great device for the money. The app is temperamental. Stopped sending notifications now, so I have no idea if its been activated unless I go on. Setting perimeters cuts the activation to zero so that's rubbish too and you have to pay to use it.
The previous versions work better. This latest one seems to need a very strong wifi signal to load videos. It's even loading very slow on all my cameras after the update. I wish if it was possible to go back to the previous version
After update unable to view the old previous data its showing error or not working, don't do childish reply to me like reboot your device, im trying all the tricks then i will reply to you. So, be the update the app to old version. New version is waste of time.i think you are doing well. All the best
Worked really well overall but now unable to access the account. Even after a password reset its has logged the account out and says invalid password and region. The password has been changed already and still does not allow access the region is also correct... I know other people are having the same issue so there is clearly an issue with the app.
Failed to play video 260025 I'm on 4g! Updated: still pure poop. Update: Now every few hours have to force close the app in order for it to load video. If I don't it loads to 99% then stops. You guys will never get this poop working right. Update: Fire the people working on the app. Update: Still pure poop. FILE COMPLAINT WITH BBB and FTC. Let's get this pos company shut down!!!! Keeps saying reached max connections when tryng to view data stores on dvr. Never an issue before. Fire them all!!!!
Is great when it works. Recently I've been having an issue where the camera is on (WiFi signal is absolutely fine and have checked this) but when viewing on the app (on the same WiFi or cellular data) it take a long time (maybe 60- 90 seconds) to load the video but 9/10 times it says 'Fail to play video. (245405)' Then I have to start the process of it loading all over again; which again can take upto 90 seconds for it to state again 'Fail to play video. (245405)' it is becoming very annoying.
