1. There is no option to view booking history. 2. To view booking history everytime we have to go for "Booking" option where it say's "are you sure you want to book a cylinder" and when you choose "yes" then it say's "one booking is pending against this customer" and displays two options that's are "pay now" and finally "view booking". 3. But it's not over here, after online payment done through my credit card, what's i seen There is no proof of your payment and when i goes through option 2 to view my booking history, i was shocked there are totally wrong information displayed. Options "paid amount" and "payment mode" shows the current date time values..... totally hilarious......

This app has suddenly stopped working from past 15 days. Whenever we try to do a cylinder booking it just shows some error occured. I have also tried to update/ re-install the app but no luck. Also, the app just gets opened and none of the services are working in it.. There is no helpdesk ..customer care contact to get any help..!! Waste of time

Trying to book a refill since past week but it shows a very vague error each time saying 'please try again'. Tried reinstalling the application but no use. The error could have been more specific / meaningful so that the user knows what to do next.

It used to work perfect but not sure what has happened since last month. I am unable to do anything with this app. It neither allows booking nor checking last transactions. Nothing at all. All it gives is "service unavailable" pop-up. Please fix this ASAP.

The very first online transaction was unsuccessful, though Money got debited. In app there is no option of cancel booking, if accidentally booked. Didn't get booking confirmation message. App should improve with features, look and online payment system.

i tried making payment for the booking using 2 different Rupay debit cards and the transaction failed for both the cards, but it was successful on the 1st instance when I used Visa card. Does the payment gateway support all types of cards for payment or only selective? Please advise. Oberall experience is good and a little user friendly as well.

The updated version of this app is crashing every time i tried to open it. I have made payment for gas booking and an amount was deducted. But couldn't able to check the payment and booking status at HP Gas end. This is a good app for HP gas booking. Further requesting you to fix up this malfunctioning as soon as possible. As many people's are facing the same issue.

Able to use. Transaction history can be improved . Dont know why it is asling permission to View contacts Take images and what not. Something fishy in so many permissions being taken. I hope they are not selling user data.

Very bad experiance from this app. There is no option for trace the delivery of cylynder. After three days of payment app showing 'PAY NOW' message on dash bord and there is no way for checking the status of order. And no option for any complain.

There's no way to check if you have booked or not.Only after delivery you can see,not really helpful. Need better UI and customer friendly features.

Poor UI & UX. Useless options, some are even not working. I can't get any idea how ezy card will help ease the cylinder delivery. all working options are already there in internet booking facility.

Trying to book a cylinder since two days...even updated the app but still after clicking on pay now option there's nothing happening...this same issue was faced last month as well...plz solve this issue ASAP..it's creating a lot of inconvenience

I am not able to use this app. Not even showing any kind of menu. Initially when I was installed this app was working very well but suddenly stopped working. Kindly fix this issue.

Its been the worst experience so far. Please enhance the quality of this app. App is not modified. Though your booking is done it always shows "something went wrong, try later", technically this issues must be solved.

From last 3-4 months everytime iam booking the refill iam not getting the payment dialog box. And the transaction goes through as cash on delivery. Thrice i have reinstalled the app. Same problem persist. Please assist.

App is definitely very helpful, but very very unsatisfied with service provider of charkop, kandivali west, Shreeji Gas service. Since 8 months I Am using this app, Every time they have a reason for not sending cylinder, "like delivery man is new!", "where is this building". funniest reason being "madam you have booked from wrong id." Every freaking time i have to go myself to collect the cylinder.

I have payment online through my UPI id of my Hdfc bank. My amount has been debited but payment was not successful. I told to Hdfc customer guy, he told me, payment was successfully done from their side. there was no action. My payment was not refunded in my account yet. very bad for online payment. I have no faith for this app.

no booking confirmation dialogue box directly booked when accidentally touched.. where os cancel option.. where is the payment option.. is there any online payment option or else useless app.. already having hpgas app na why again this card and app.. why can't you improvise the same old app.. kiddies model app.. no call support no feedback option no disclaimer no informative.. after all cross cheks and comparison then only launch into the market.. don't waste our time. how to pay thu hp.refuel.

What happened to this app? Previous app was working very smoothly !! In this version not able to connect to online payment!! I m trying to pay from last one week !! But its just shows connecting to payment gateway. Kindly solve the issue urgently !!!!

Worst application, i dont know why this application exist. The government should stop this application. Early way of booking cylinder is way easy and best by call we can book cylinder. This app always not working and there is no customer care, no help line number. If applicable don't work ( as it wasn't) so how can anyone book cylinder in other way that other way should also provided in this application.

I have booked a cylinder today morning and paid the amount as well but booking is not confirmed yet. It's been more than 2 hrs now. I do not see any option to get help from customer care. Refund my money or provide the booking confirmation.

Sir why there is not any option to add email id .or to change old email id .when i signed in and proceded further mistakenlyt prior to type email id due accodental touch to submit button .now i am unable to add my email .as email is not mandatory you should provide for adding option . To add email and if someone has no access to ola email d you must provide him the option to change it and add new one .this is the biggest flaw in your application.

Update version not working totally.... It s closed once opened... Not able to use the app. And also booking not happened for android version 10 when i tried with before update version. Please fix asap... Otherwise this app is awesome for handling , processing gas booking.

check the app again and give an update..the payment hisory is showing data not available but i have made payment for the last refill booking online..so it should be shown in payment history with transaction id data amount etc..check and solve the problem

my experience with EZY SUVIDHA APP, is bad. Because we are expecting with app for easy to process and reliability, but this app is totally opposite. I have booked a gas refilled and i have done my payment through UPI, but i have not received any confirmation mesaage or acknowledgement from neither HP Gas nor distributor.

App was working very well but suddenly it stopped working and not alllwing to perform any new gas booking. Looks like there is no application manager for this app and currently no one cares if this app works properly or not. Pathetic service from devops team.

It's name should be "Asuvidha", What an app man!! doesn't even have clear error message.. Very annoying warning each time.. please improve this app its very pathetic...and even if you guys are under maintenance let the customer know about it..

please add the feature of booking status as sometimes it becomes troblesome to actually see if i have booked a refil, or the booking no , nothing is available on the app and the dealers are not also prompt in updating the delivery status
