Forward, reverse, fast forward,fast reverse option is require for better performance of application. Motion capture image needs to be improved. After motion detection start minimum capture time, user should able to decide.

After the last update the alarm images are always in delay and showing nothing at the end. At the end the alarms are useless. I use Tapo software it's much professional.

Worst performance, There is never play back captured then, why do you have that option in the app... Voice cammand option is useless, Steerming delayed Many times takes too much time to connect wifi.. Very slow overall..

I facing some different issues with CP Plus v v21,, after getting offline cause like power cut it never comes online and need to reset and start all the process again to getting online... please try to solve this problem,,, it's needs to connect with WiFi automatically after getting supply

Camera night vision is no good & day Time camera in middle of focus blur effect in image, so images not very clear. As per camera not satisfied result. If you are doing changes. camera will give good result. Thanks.

Pathetic ... after the firmware update the camera stopped working and seems it's lost as it keep looking for wifi and keep on shouting out loud looking for wifi connection. It's a two way communication device when we use to speak on cam voice is low and the wifi connection lost is such loud that it irritates . ABOVE ALL THE SERVICE SUPPORT IS POOR .. EVEN IN WARRANTY THEY CHARGE FOR SUPPORT . PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT . EVEN THE CHINESE CAMERAS IN MARKET ARE REPLACABLE ON COUNTER

To cool.. but it has not option (fast forward and slow forward) in playback. Security alarm alert is slow.

After the recent update; camera follows individuals in the view and at times remains stuck in the wrong direction. Couldn't find any option to disable this either..

Dear sir, I purchaed cp plus e 21 a on amazon. The device is working fine, but i am unable to conect to my phone as it Showing the device is conected to another id. So kindly request you to please tell me how to unbind.

Keeps giving error message"no storage device detected". Every few days i have to remove the sd card from Camera and add the device newly for the playyback to work for few days and then same error.

Need to update this app with features in, playback options must have fast forward, and rewind, facility so that it is easy to capture anything

After firm ware update camera stopped working. Its pathetic and not getting enough support from the team. Technical team not properly validated the software update which results us to follow with customer care. Its purely because of the development team not validated the software. Not i Keep on following with the customer service team to fix the issue. Waste of time....

There's no option to increase playback speed or simply pass the start and end time if you want to download

After recent update camera is only showing retrieving video information then i need to restart the camera then it is working for sometime and getting same issue. Please solve the issue

This App is really very helpful because if you purchase CP Plus WiFi camera then you can view live and see what's happening at your shop or house even if your are around anywhere in the world. CP Plus delivers very high quality & Premium cameras for us. So, I suggest everyone to purchase atleast 1 camera of CP Plus of it's an Indian brand and customer support service is little bit bad because they don't have proper helpline number but they provide you quality product, So we need to manage it..💖

Being an Infrared transmitter, the app fails miserably as the remote available are only useful to turn on/off the AC or change temperature. Tried all remotes of Mitsubishi, LG & Carrier. Can't set timer in any of them. MI remote is far better if you're in range. Solution? 1. Please add an option for phones with in-built IR to create their own Remote. 2. Learn from other apps and make the app more useable by working on making more wholesome Remote for all appliances.
