This app keeps saying I am writing my ID wrong and has me reset my password. I change it , then want to log back in then shows up as the system has a failure. SO ANNOYING.
It's good and fast and very simple to use and understand. For me never grew up with technology. This banking very simple for me to use. Love it 💜💙
The app is usually helpful, except after 9 pm when it goes back to what your acct said at 5pm. So if you need to make a transaction you don't know if you have enough money or not.
This app is a piece of crab The app keeps forgetting my account log in and password after I have saved it after 2 months this app forgets everything On top of that you can even reset your password if you forget it
I love this bank. The employees are very friendly. I did have a little hang up but it was my fault. We laughed about and Everything was tooken care of fast. I recommend it to anyone! 😊
Sometimes the app won't function but after a few minutes it's up and functioning again. Very easy to use and understand
App is okay, wish I could see my statements on the app. Wish I could transfer out to other banks. Resets password too often.
This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Everything I open app to deposit it crashes.
No issues so far. Does what I need and haven't had any issues. Able to see all of my accounts through the app.
After the updated app my app has not worked..... Have to go to website to mobile banking... About to give up on it.

Easy to use, not only is the app awesome, the bank & the workers are also.
Jessica Lincomfelt is awesome. She signed us up for a HELOC and helped me with the APP. And unlike my other bank, they didn't sign me up for accounts without my knowledge.

This app has been easy to use so far. The only thing I don't like is the 2 separate balances such as available and current balance can get confusing. The online sign up was not an easy transfer from online to the app.
