The app kept telling me it couldn't get a secure connection andc to update app. But when I went in to update Google play store said it was current. Uninstalled it and reinstalled it then it wouldn't let me access to my scvount. Called the bank and they couldn't get it fixed. Told me to go to bank and see a banker. Spent over an hour there. No luck. They were on with some IT person on the phone. The bsnket took some information about phone etc. and said they would work on it and call me. It's been a week and not a word. They say I'm not locked out but the app says something went wrong on their end. I'm mot happy.
Well I had been very happy for the last 4 weeks after I installed it...until I unfortunately updated it. Now just get the can't establish a secure connection and make sure I have the latest version msg. Very frustrating. Wish I'd never updated it.
Had trouble with it failing to open constantly, but I think it was related to a bug in Android System Webview. After that app was updated, this seems to work like normal again.
I can check my balances. Make credit card payments and bill payments all from my cell phone. Love this app.
New update doesn't work.. can't even look at my accounts. Just boots me out of app every time I try. (Updated 2/11/21)
It is always so easy to check my balance and withdraws come out right away to keep you updated
Easy to use and makes banking convinient! Mobile check deposit is priceless during the shutdown.
Great app. The only time there is an issue is when it is updating, which is not very often at all.
Newest version gives failure warning when I attempt a mobile deposit. It worked perfectly before 2/5 update.

Money deposited when they feel like it ever since change over to CBI. Bankers say one thing then do another. My son has lost work because they failed to deposit his money so he had no gas to get there. Utterly dissatisfied.
