Sometimes the app will not work. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work sometimes. But when it does work i like it so i can keep a good check on my account balance. U need to fix the app so it will work.
I thought the New updated version was not good at first but now I have more control over my account and that's a Plus. Thanks F&M Bank of NC for the improvements.
I like everything about all the features. Quicker login is nice !!
Finally a good app that lets you know how much $ you have in checking and you can see each deposit and withdrawal
App needs work feels really out dated other than that it works just a dated layout
For some reason it wants me to allow it to make and receive phone calls. I don't see why they need to do this for the app to work.

Some how this app stopped working
The app is good for the most part, but a bit lacking in some areas. You have to log in every time. It's a bit irritating to have to dig up my banking id every time. Back when I used Chase, their app had the option of remembering and keeping you logged in most of the time. For up to a month, I think it was. Also, the website says you can deposit checks using the app by using the deposit icon... but said icon is no where to be found, which makes things a tad difficult.
Loved the app until it stopped working. I would like to know how to fix that. It was super convenient.
Simple to use and a lifesaver to me. Can do about you need without going to a bank.
Needs fingerprint scanner to login on Android.
Cannot deposit checks thru taking photo. Only shows the check number and amount....would like to be able to link and view the check and even be able to print checks if needed. Just not a very up to today' standards with all the advanced technology we have. Not sure the ability to pay bills with this app is available. Take a look at big banks like Wells Fargo apps and other big banks. I know F&M is a small bank and has many great things going, but their use of technology is always lagging way behind.
My savings account is not available to see transactions. Can't deposit checks with a photo, or the feature is not loaded in this version.
I loves this app it is quick and easy to check my bank account.
Does what I need it to do
I think being able to print front/back copies of cleared checks would be terrific! I don't always have a bulky laptop available & the checks won't print off my phone or tablet under online banking.
Wish I could see how transactions effect my balances. Needs more options.
Just installed app - won't let me log in w/my CORRECT UN and PW!
Pretty easy to use. Taking pictures of a check in order to deposit it works better than what I used to use when I previously banked at Wells Fargo. Would like for app to retain user ID to log in. Otherwise meets my needs.
