3/20/22 All I get is a white screen now. Reading the other reviews, I see the app was updated. I really hope someone corrects this issue asap. I used to use this app several times a day for my business. I would hate to change banks over a app. But if the issue continues I will have to. I need a working bank app.
The app is very simple intuitive with no bloat. It is one of the easiest banking apps that I have used.
Not happy with the app..doesnt even show up ..just a blank screen..nothing at all..said it was an android problem....need a new app that works regardless of what phone you have..come on..its annoying..
It's user friendly and sends me alerts on my phone so I am aware of any unfamiliar activity. Makes banking easier.
Just updated to newest version and it says "application violated security policies and will shut down". Won't even give me a chance to log in. 3/17/2022
App gives security violation warning and closes. Can't even get past the loading screen.
Doesn't work since updates, immediately says "Application has violated security policies and will be shut down 1839:15B0" and closes abruptly.
Since update I get nothing but white screen. Talked to bank and they said they knew about problem. Going on 2 weeks without fix. Disappointed
This app does well. The only thing I can see room for improvement would be when making an internal transfer (e.g. - transfer from savings to checking) you should not need to enter your password. I keep my password at the maximum number of characters allowed and it is incredibly hard to input. Maybe allow the fingerprint be an option too, if enabled. If it was an external transfer I can see entering your password being default.
Recent updates have been awful! App will not even open, crashes immediately.
App works well with few bugs. Free electronic check deposit would make it perfect
It would be great if you could select forgot user ID not just forgot password.
App crashes while opening on me OFTEN, but when it does work its easy to use.

Not working on my android phone now. Not sure what issue is.
This is a really cheap app design for a bank. A few months ago, the app had a software update, which made my phone incompatible to use the app. My new phone worked fine with it, until the phone had a software update, now the app crashes every time I try to open it. It literally crashes before I even get to the login screen.
Won't even let me open it now. I swear I'm about to switch banks. Really hate that you guys ate the bank I used to have because I had no issues with them. Oh, and I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's still not working, so it isn't an issue with needing to update or whatever.
The login is pretty decent, it could also ask for your social security as additional way of getting into your bank account along with your ID. The interface is a little basic, it could be a little more user-friendly. It gets the job done though, makes my banking easier so I don't have to always go to town whenever I need to transfer money on my account for check on my balances. Overall, it does what it needs to do
This is by far the WORST banking app I have EVER used in my entire life. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would have given it. It worked for all of 3 days and then when I'd open the app, it would show a white screen, and then take me back to the home page. I can't even check my freaking balance!!!
Not very happy with app. It always comes up saying contact support or assistance. And when I close all my apps and then turn my phone back on it comes back up a few times and then it crashes. This needs to be fixed.
Very good app overall. However, most updates cause issues and need furhter updates ton orrect. Usually the issue prevents access to accounts rendering the app useless until fix is applied via update. Last update caused false security issue and the fix has caused me not to see all accounts
