Acct continuously locked for some reason other than invalid logon attempts. I can only guess that they have some arbitrary length of time set so if you don't login within x days they lock your acct! Then you have NO CHOICE but to call them!!! >:(
I used to use this app multiple times a day. Recently, I was able to use it one day and then a constant error to get back in. This is why I don't keep money in the bank anymore. I can't keep and effective eye on my money.
Need to change your password too often. It's not worth the hassle every 2 months. I'll be withdrawing my funds and placing them with another bank, probably the one across the street.
I like the app only issue i see with it is when you deposit $ it doesnt show til next day
A lot of times I go to log in and an error occurs.
Won't open after initial install will uninstall and try again
Your app is complete garbage here lately and only works on occasion

I can't even log in! It keeps saying wrong password when I know it's the right one because I just logged in with it on desktop! Please fix this!!
It's good but you can't deposit a check still. It's been over a year and they haven't fixed it.
Simple to use and support staff are always very helpful.

Samsung NOTE III/Lollipop -- F&M Bank Version 3.0.2 has all you need to do your Mobile banking. The support team is responsive to customer requests!

The app downloaded fine, wont let me sign in. Says ive entered an incorrect password.
Great bank...really bad app, keeps asking for security questions that i never set up.
Uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times. Nothing. Back to the drawing board, guys.

good, but needs help. we use this app nearly every day. it's a pretty awesome app, except for one MAJOR issue. Pending debits sometimes vanish, leaving you thinking you have more $ than you do. it's not little debits, either, it's big ones - 50$ and over. considering this issue has gone on for years, one can only assume its a deliberate *bug*, as it BENEFITS the bank for people to overdraft. prove me wrong & fix it, or leave it to prove me right and that this bank is overall greedy tho friendly
