I tried to order a taxi for the international airport of Budapest and their search function could not locate it... It could only find it as Liszt Ferenc (without the word airport) and the map pointed to Ferihegy train station!!!! I really could not trust that with these instructions i would teach my destination on time so I switched back to telephone order... Really extremely surprised that such a common destination could not be found correctlywhen searching their map.
Ok, new issues to fix. It is great to have electric car order but please wait till you find one (time out is annoying). If I change mind I can cancel anyways, I need the taxi and I don't mind waiting (cancel!). Future orders timer warns about 30 mins when you still have that (not counting miliseconds) but then future order stucks after the timeout and don't want to go away...
Useless. Not receiving any verification code to my UK mobile number so can't use the app at all.
The service behind the app is very poor for the "Most reliable taxi company in Budapest" - as they advertise. Booked a taxi a day before I wanted to arrive in time for an appointment. One hour before the booked time I checked my Future Rides in the app, it wasn't there but I thought it is normal. Five minutes after the booked time I called them to ask what happened as the taxi should have arrived by then. All they could say is that the booing probably disappeared from their system...
I used the app earlier this year without any issues. I tried to download it and my preferred language is English. It constantly redirects me to use Hungarian. So, I cannot understand why it is not functioning properly when the error message box pops up.
It won't send me a text with the code in it. Tried all day. Nothing. UK user.

Terrible application. 1.Should not require access to phone to launch. 2. Should not require name, email, phone just to start. 3. After entering (see #2), required code. In the end would not start - uninstalled.. Note to developers: We want to see how an app works, to use app. Items required should not be needed until we place an actual order....
It does not even start. The app says it needs to verify my phone by sending a code in SMS, but the code never came, even after numerous retries. Therfore completely useless.
Online card payment cannot be selected even after successfully addig the card. Update : now you can register your card and select as the payment method but in the car the driver will there's no such thing.....
Tried booking a taxi multiple times. 2 out of 3 times the booking is canceled even tough a driver had already confirmed. Worst taxi experience from all taxi apps
Used several times to attend the Hungarian Grand Prix. Metered taxi ride and extremely well priced. pre-ordered taxis and they were always waiting outside very prompt!
They never sent a text to validate my phone number, despite numerous attempts. I used someone else in the end.
Used them for years cannot now get them to accept me as they keep adding needs to app.

There is no confirmation that future rides are accepted and someone will come for you.. Also impossible to find Budapest Airport, trying all known hungarian names. How??!

What a **** joke.. Sent my grandmother (90 years old} home and left my credit card details on the application. Then they tried to ask the money from my grandma. Seh didn't know what's happening, the driver left voicemails really rude and intimidating.. At the end he let her go and FőTaxi called me and told me the finance department will be in touch with me. Ohh on the top of that, my grandma said the trip was 4000 forints on meter but on the app it shows 6400.. Proper rip off!

Use this when we were in budapest ,and the company was great ,good price and you, don't have to wait for one to come

Immediate taxi ordering works as intended now, drivers are always cordial. App UI is okay to use, input info shows up properly for drivers and cabs are found quickly (cc 1-2 mins). All in all I like using it and prefer it over phone ordering now. App store communication is bad (no answers). Issues with the app should be reported when phone ordering to notify devs; app issue fixed within few hours once dispatchers reported the bug. Report app issue politely with each phone order until fixed.
