An app that does not work. I went to FYE and bought things I enjoy. I am asked if I would like to enjoying the FYE backstage pass membership oh, so I do thinking that I'm going to be able to save money on movie tickets and going out but little do I know you can't redeem any of those rebates without the app. So how are you supposed to take advantage of a membership that you pay $12 a month for that you can't even use. Don't even bother until they fix the problem, the free trial doesn't even work.

generic deals that I receive from other sources via email for FREE by being on their mailing lists. most of the offers I will never use. even if the offers were tailored, I still don't foresee the benefit of this program since you must spend a lot for little savings, and this program has a monthly cost too. app doesn't have a way to upload/submit receipts for rebates (if there is, then not easily navigable to find it) which is available with the program. two stars because the app is well made.

I literally asked the guy at the counter if this had a monthly fee or a credit card and he said no. Only to find that it took money out of my account for a monthly fee!! You have to activate your membership then delete it on a browser/ internet. You can't do it on the app.

If zero starts could be a thing, that's what I would give. Was given a new card as I upgraded to platinum. It will not let me long into old account, is saying my new card number is not valid and the app will not even let me put the full number in. So what is the point of all the So called perks of you can't even access them? This app really needs to be updated! It's so outdated.

This is one of those free trial scams that they want you to forget that you signed up for so they can charge your credit card every month until you realize. The only way to cancel is to call 1-800 # and wait a half hour for an operator. Then the operator not just tries to talk you out of canceling , but also tries to trick you. Don't do it, not worth the headache.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! The stores they use to promote their membership NEED to do a better job of explaining their membership. We thought to have canceled first week BUT were actually signed up for a monthly charge that we didn't notice until 3rd month. TRY SENDING A E-MAIL TO MEMBERS monthly so they know about the charge!!

Absolutely terrible, just like all the comments on here say, there's no way to cancel membership on the app, you have to call an 800 number, the app doesn't load, and is basically useless. I got membership today, not really understanding what I was signing up for, got home and looked into it, decided to cancel, found out how, but then was told by the lady who answered my call that I have to wait 24-72 hrs to cancel. Apparently my information isn't in the system yet. Never heard of this before.

Couldn't even login, it just showed the background screen and the app never loaded. Same problem that several other people have reported and it STILL isn't working at all. So frustrating!

Never seen this app before in my life and I go to my credit card and I am charged for the very first time for this app so fraud alert! I just downloaded it to see if I can cancel for them to not charge and get money back but I don't have a member ship cuz never had an account so how did you get my credit card info idk but Reporting to my bank account since I can't cancel and deal with it on this website!

I have never once used any benefits of my membership and have been trying to cancel it for months with no luck. The customer service is absolutely a joke. I have never had a harder time getting a company to stop charging me, and I'm still trying to! If anyone with power can see this CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND STOP CHARGING ME I DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND I NEVER ONCE HAVE FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT

A place to make the rich richer and the poor people more poor. They sign you up at checkout, you go to this app to create an account, then the website to cancel the account. The reason they do this is obvious, It's to get your data to harvest it and sell it online. Sure, they give you a discount at checkout but they make their money back by selling your data. App had one purpose and it's over. One star.

Don't care for the scam of it all. Cashier didn't get my consent in signing me up for this. Now you guys are going to bill me every month? I can't even cancel without having to call because I can't log in since I was never given a membership number. This is totally offputting to your already poorly handled stores. I'm canceling this and will not be returning.

I would give 0 stars. This store scammed me. I though oh discount is fine, but NO that is how they bait people into their scams, and unfortunately I was one of them. I just went to buy a poster, and the cashier signed me up to this, went home and had to go through all of this bs. Hate store, was kind of expensive anyway. Dont recommend.

I went to the store to buy an ablum in 2019. At the register, the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for a membership, NEVER mentioning that it would even cost money just saying that it would save me money? So I said yes and it's been taking out money from me up until now. I still haven't found a way to cancel this and the app itself it's trash if it's not obvious. The whole thing is a scam. I hope something is done about this very SOON.

Glorified scam, at least Amazon prime has the decency to provide you with a decent service when it automatically deducted money from your bank account each month, this is just a bunch of mediocre deals that the cashiers at Fye fast talk you into getting at the checkout stand.

I created an account and was able to log in twice. But now it tells me that my user name and/or password is wrong. I'm using the exact same information I used the first two times I logged in. I don't reccomed this app at all.

Did not want to be signed up for anything that cost money. cashier told me, "no, it SAVES you money" so I let him sign me up. i get home and download this garbage app to find he flat out LIED to me and now I'm having to jump through all these hoops to cancel. Will not be shopping with FYE again, and will warn others against it.

I was never able to create my online account. I have called two times to cancle my membership and they tell me its canceled but they are still charging me. The 2nd time I called the person was rude and didnt even let me finish talking.

Just want out. Terrible interface. I saved 10 bucks at Christmas, and now realized I have paid 55 bucks in monthly fees. Struggling to figure out how to terminate service and stop charges.

All this app contains is discounts for other places. I would have thought that it would have maybe extra coupons for FYE or their products. Also, don't try and "Chat" with help... they don't have access to help you with anything FYE related

not sure whats going on, but now i can't log back in. i can logged onto the website for vip, but the app will not. This definitely needs to be fixed as soon as possible!

So everytime i try to press continue on the first page of the app it wont take me to the log in its like im not pressing nothing bc the page wont change so basically i cant use the app. Its broken.

I just got a VIP account for FYE and got my username all set up on the actual site but this app is not allowing me to log in. It stays on the log in page saying authenticating but then it says 504 error time out.

This grifty, difficult-to-cancel membership and terrible app are what ultimately pushed me away from FYE in general. (Protip - Watch out for the "3 magazine subscription" hoodwink)

honestly hate the customer service so very much. i tried to unsubscribe from them multiple times and still being charged. what ever you do don't subscribe

it cost a monthly membership to access this, not worth the money, tried to cancel when found out and they will not refund money!!

Wasn't told of a charge. Canceled after charges (2 weeks) two days later they charged me again. $24 for nothing... AMD we'll see how many more times they charge me. Liked fye... wil never step in the store again.

This app DOESN'T WORK! FIX IT! I'm just trying to get the 20 dollar gift card the guy told me I had and I can't even create a member login! So done!

This app is nothing but a SCAM!!! It won't recognize my email address. Don't download this app unless you want to get frustrated.

very hard to understand on having a card that we can't use in store that aren't FYE but able to use for online shopping, I don't get it.
