Unusable. The App asks to enter the "WiFi magic box" wifi name, which contains a dash symbol. App does not allow you to enter dash symbol. Literally impossible to connect.
I change mobile phone to samsung a51. F100 keeps stopping. Developer, pls help. I cannot use the tool now. Thank you.

Poor instructions; name of WIFI includes a dash (-) but software will not take a dash; WIFI magic box signal varies so much that it does not stay connected
Unusable. WiFi name includes a dash, but some... ghm... alternatively talented engineer disabled entering a dash.
Can't log into Wi-Fi on the app. Computer works though
what the heck? this app was working fine for my daughter for more than a year. now we can't connect because the app settings don't allow a hyphen to be entered for the wifi name and there is a hyphen in the devices network name. PLEASE FIX. this device\app is now worthless.
