As the lead F1 Champion for my church I'm so glad to finally see the android app released, but the app does not work on my Galaxy S3. App crashes when I log in. I have to restart the app. Then the app crashes when I do a search. Very disappointed. I will update my review when improvements are made.

You would think that the in the race for management software supremacy, a great mobile app would be a priority. This one is fine. It has access to your address book. That's it. Oh, and you can add them to your contacts.

It let's me log in, but when I search a name it comes up with an empty screen. Using a Galaxy S5 and pretty disappointed with the app. Will give it a few days to see if something changes, if not, I'll be deleting it.

Why bother developing, releasing, and marketing an app if ensuring it works properly was not going to be a priority? I was told two weeks ago, after opening a case, the Android app would be fixed in a day or so. F1 closed the support ticket, but to date the app is no closer to being fixed? UPDATE:: After leaving negative feedback I was finally able to login. Thank you F1. I have updated my rating.

I've had this app on my phone for 6 months and have not been able to login once. I kept thinking that it was a problem on Fellowship One's end and I was (unpatiently) waiting for an update. However I came across another user's review who mentioned that the problem lay in the app not being enabled by the administrator of the account. I didn't really expect that to be the problem, but I half-heartedly mentioned it to my admin today. 60 seconds later the app was working! Felt so stupid. Try this out!

Can't login without app shutting down. Using Samsung Note 4 and Kit Kat.

Won't log me in on Samsung Note 4. I'm using the correct user name and password, but this app doesn't recognize them. This has been a problem for a long time. Works fine on Apple products. REALLY need to get this fixed for Android.

As a user who moved from the iOS version of this app to the Android version, my primary feedback is that the photo must be larger. Otherwise, the photo is essentially useless. I cannot discern faces of families. Please make the photo in Android resemble iOS behavior.

This would probably be a great tool, but I don't know since the app will not accept my credentials. Samsung Galaxy S4.

This app will not work on my phone. I can log in and then it immediately logs me back out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work properly. It is very sad because I use this all the time on my computer and would love to use it on my phone. Help!!!

App loads and I can enter a search but it fails to return info.

Same issues that others seem to be having. Can log in through browser, but not app. It's too bad that two months later and the same issues are being had. F1 is not very user friendly as it is and then to have an app not work is a bummer.

Still haven't fixed log in issues. Will change rating when/if I can get access.

The app does not work with any of my android based devises, but it works on my wife's iPhone. Come on what good does that do me. Please check your app for compatibility. This is very fustrating. I keep checking back but nothing no change!!!

If you can't login check with your F1 admin. They may need to grant permission for the app to access F1. Once my admin granted access it worked like a dream. Sorry I registered a bad review before getting that sorted out!

Thanks for the app. All functions seem to work well.

Log in does work once your system admin enables the app for your church (Admin > Integration > Applications). A great improvement over trying to look up contact info on the go via the portal. It would helpful to be able to enlarge the photo.

This app crashes immediately upon my login . Worthless.

Glad to see the app on android, but it's limited compared to the iPhone. I can't add or edit members' picture like you can on iPhone.

Won't let me log-in. "F1 not responding"is the message I receive. I use this app on the fly. I rely on being able to pull up contact info i need. Plz fix. S5

Really would love to have this on my phone, but can't get it to login.

I've had it for a year and it has never worked once.

This app does virtually nothing. I need "mass action" capability etc but all this app allows me to do is search for a contact?

Works fine for me on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5.

Won't work on my Galaxy Note. Would be handy if it would.
