It become unusable, after 5 min of usage the program it crashed. I've until Installed the app, reinstall, cleared memory an forced stopped, cleared device memory and still have the same issue. App is version 7.6
Awesome app, my kids were at first grade level within months they are right where they need to be. Fun and easy way to meet the kids math skills specially those who struggle with math.
I have memories with this app but my most favorite I can't see any more I made a book in kinder and I wanted to see it and it just get stuck on the 𝕝𝕠𝕒𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕤𝕔𝕣𝕖𝕖𝕟 so I decided to go on mobile it was working fine and and it was done loading but it just shown my blue and dark blue lines please fix that problem please
This app gets stuck on the load screen and will not start. As well as on my daughter's Samsung J10 will not allow her to enter because it asks for her name and won't let us type. I'm sad we can't use this learning program provided to us by my childs school district.
No longer works on Samsung tablet. We just get a white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled did not work.
Been over a month and the app does not work I have also contacted customer support and was told IT would give me a call back and have yet to receive the call.
My kids love this and feel like super stars as they complete levels. Shh, Don't tell them they are learning.
My son loves this app I feel it has helped him tremendously in his learning to read and his math skills.
App was running for good for a week now it doesnt even open stays on a blank screen and my son has to use this for school
Software asked to access all my files, and photos and when I hit deny the game crashes.
