I was on the payment page of the app and the payment was talking longer than usual. The app showed me an option to cancel the payment so I did. Half an hour later I get a message saying that the delivery partner is on the way. I was shocked and confused so I reached out to the support team but they were of the least help. To summarise, they deliver something which I did not order/want, won't take it back or solve the issue, would not give a refund and act like it's normal to take people's money
Probably the world's glitchiest app. After an update, it simply never opens. I tried it in my android and iPhone but keep on getting stuck at loading page. No, there's no problem with my net. Every other app is functioning. Made by worst developers around the world. It only opened first time when it crashed me back to main screen after adding to cart , after which it never re opened. Uninstalled after frustration.
They must work on their app first. Or may be they are doing so for get some extra order. Why they are showing double meal order? After select and ordering and go to the payment page, got an massege that this coupon is required a specific value order. Same food with different price and review. There are only few restaurants shown on the app. Only restaurant those make their food prices high and showing discount. I am scared, they have my bank details and my phone number and my email ID.
Super glitchy app. Doesn't let you complete the order, it keep reloading the content if you alter the order. Even if you restart the app, it's still glitchy. The app was newly installed. Can't have cache problem.
The app keeps telling me to add my address every time i open the app. I have already entered and saved my address 10 times!! How is the Ui team unable to see this issue?? Why can't users simply select a saved address? Please solve this issue asap.
Disgusting service. Wish i could give it zero star. Service very poor. Just the name is 'delight champ', but they are ridiculously selfish and don't understand customer's problems. I ordered from eatsure and they cancelled the order automatically. I waited for 45minutes. And they cancelled it without any reason. Very very disappointed with the service. Will never recommend this app to anyone.
This app is so much better than Zomato and swiggy.. you can order from multiple restuarants at once and the best part is there is no delivery fee.. I was sick of high delivery charges and taxes that other food delivery app applies while checkout. This app is really good, I haven't had any instances of wrong delivery or food spillage yet. Im quite impressed.
Fraudlent app. If you're new user you will be given great offers. But it is a lie, the prices will be high. And the prices will be high and applying offers it's seems great offers. But you compare with operator ( swiggy, zomato) their price will be low and it will be high in this. Also they don't have enough food places. Don't waste your time and MB
Horrible customer service. One of the items i ordered turned out rancid. I requested for a refund, they said we can give you some surepoints to compensate. After 10 days and repeated followups, it wasn't credited. All i kept hearing is some technical issue and it will be credited in 24-48 hours. Had to uninstall the app out of frustration. Way too few restaurants also, by the way.
Update: Already provided enough info. My issue is restaurants are not showing up. What else you need? FYI - Logged in to website too, it's same issue. ---------------- Just signed up. It's showing only one restaurant. Tried connecting with support team and no response even after waiting for 10 minutes. UI is not user friendly. No restaurants or food items are showing up when we search. Won't use app and won't recommend
The app takes forever to open. The delivery and maps are inaccurate and the delivery person is never able to locate my house. This never happens with other delivery apps.
The MapMyIndia integration is bad, the map is unresponsive and buggy, keeps zooming out randomly and is an actual impediment in ordering. The app does not show the timings the restaurants are open, and the menu randomly changes in the middle of the day instead of showing items as 'currently unavailable'. The call lines are trash, they waste a minute explaining the feedback process when someone is trying to order food (the restaurant literally closed in the meantime).
Couldn't place an order in the app as it wouldn't let me select the previously added address and kept on asking to add a new address. Contacted customer support and their response was that this is because the branch closest to my address is closed. But the interesting thing was the branch was available in zomato. Placed an order in behrouz site, but ended up cancelling because they didn't deliver the order even after waiting for more than 1.30hrs
Excellent offers, very good app. However I faced one problem while trying to contact the delivery guy for s o me instructions. I was clicking on the call button, but I got the message saying there are no live orders on this number. Although my order was confirmed & I have only one SIM card in my mobile. After trying for more than 10 minutes I could connect.
The food is great, but the app experience has been bad. I have to always add an address even though it is there in my list. It won't pick up from that and ask to add address everytime.
EatSure definitely makes you surely eat your favorite dishes in affordable price! The customer service is fantastic! Delivery on time always. Through phonepay as I got a coupon, I just happened to learn about this app. The app has been great so far and I hope it continues. The service isn't available everywhere, but hopefully EatSure will reach all states soon! Additionally, as a designer myself, I would like to appreciate your brand's logo! It's very catchy, creative & trendy!
Very nice and promising... I can imagine how difficult it is to cater one order from different restaurants. Hats off to the operations.. I would like to see more smoother, faster (but safer) delivery in future... And ofcourse with more food options, Currently it has very less.. And if you can pls simplify app. UX is bit difficult to understand (compared to other food delivery apps)... Currently app has some glitches as well but that's tolerable as far as order process is not disturbed.
The app is not that bad, but just now I was just trying to link my simpl account with the app and somehow an order was placed for the items saved in my cart . I tried cancelling it but there wasn't any option... That's a very serious issue
Best food delivery app. You get free delivery with one add-on free item with every order. Single order from multiple restaurants. Not hiked prices like other apps such as Zomato, swiggy. Sometimes complementary items are also included on some restaurants. Concerns are also addressed quickly and with complete customer satisfaction and the list goes on. It's a revolutionary/best app in food delivery. This app has only limited restaurants (should include more) but they are quality restaurants.
I really love this app, all the expanding menu of tasty foodstuffs and all the year round offers and all. However, there was a serious payment issue from their end, and I had to post my complaint here on the playstore to get it sorted, which could have been better, if was handled by the CS team itself. Otherwise, this app and it's plethora of options is a must have!
Pathetic app with hardly any customer support and network, orders take forever to process and there's no heed to customer complaints. The UI too is very irritating with lack of focus on elements and options that should be in a menu based app. Wish there was an option of giving 0 stars.
Recieved a food order late by 99 minutes.......the chat support was delayed....even after talking with the support team and being promised a refund, there was no significant action taken. Later the query was passed off as cleared and that was the end of that. Otherwise the food options are good and their offers are pretty decent. The app overall is easy to use.
App is very good in terms of discounts. You can apply coupons and save money and can also choose a free dish. You can also order from different restaurants in the same order (can't be done on other apps like Zomato). But the app has many glitches. I was unable to place my order from the app, it kept showing me the option to add a address, even though I had added it thrice. So I opened the EatSure website. There, I was unable to choose my free dish due to a glitch. Otherwise this is app is good.
