Unable to log in after the latest update. The button "continue" on the page "let's get started" doesn't work and the screen remains on the page. The customer service is not answering my ticket, and I need to perform a transfer urgently. I will remove the bad rating when app is fixed.

This is the third time I am installing the app. After Installation, it's not working after one or two weeks. I can't open the app and the application is not responding also. I spoke with the customer service and they instructed me to re install the app two weeks ago. Now it's again got stuck and the error message coming that some system maintenance is going on. Very disappointed because of this. Please find a correct solution for this at the earliest.

Slow and cumbersome Used to be fantastic. Sprightly and secure. Unbelievable registration to activate. Log in requires swipe motion, then biometric and finally Pin to access. Slow to load once finally in. Then the notifications. One in the app, one SMS, one email and one push notification. That's 4 of the same to tell you what you just did.

Your last update has made it terribly tiresome and undesirable to log into the app. You have not struck a balance between security & user-friendliness. Why do I need to go through the struggle of entering OTP from both my phone number and email just to log into my mobile app when my fingerprints or other biometrics are there in 2022? Recently the app has been saying system maintenance regularly. I urgently needed to transfer funds and had to wait for the app to start working again. This happened on 2 different occasions. Very inconvenient to the user.

Gets stuck on loading. It's ok when it works but it is not reliable. Sometimes you need to transfer money on the spot, unfortunately that is when the app crashes. This is a frequent event and must get fixed.

Double OTP system is not good even it's more secure but some times user don't have access to one of those email or registered mobile number. It's happen to me I lost my registered number and I was unavailable to access my account. After recovering my mobile number I was able to use my account again online. (I had this experience by another bank account with same double security OTP system, not with FAB.) Actually for normal login and normal usage account have options between OTP on email or mob

Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

(New) Every time app is active, even it displays push message, it uses CAMERA. Does it make a pic? Records video while you are not suspecting it? (Old) App does not go beyond login button. Was working fine and then stopped working.

I was enjoying using the app until recently, where everytime I login there are verification codes. These codes are really a nusance. Can FAB come up with a new way to verify login, like finger print or face recognition. I don't always have my email, with me as the email I used for the app is on my laptop, so when I want to transfer funds, I now have to carry my laptop because the code is sent to my mobile abd email. I cannot this is too much.

The new three way authentication makes it less inviting to use the app. I was unable to access the system outside the UAE because my phone had no roaming. I had to withdraw the two stars from the rating I gave it last year.

Poor Banking Service, I'm using different Bank accounts, but this is the only bank charging for -ve balance and which is not because of the customer fault. Never had an experience of a debit card balance moving to -ve and the bank charging for it. Really bad experience.

Negative review not possible so lowest. Very poor service. No response from your side after opening an account after 10 days. So unless you guys have no other choice don't go for this. Its waste of time. Customer service number automated response is also very poor. It will loop play and make you feel why did I start an account in this bank.

I was told to transfer salary from existing bank to FAB and that I would get loyalty rewards worth 1000 after making 2 transactions(salary). Despite making 4 transactions, haven't received anything till date. Tried to reach their helpline and was told I'm entitled for AED 500 now and that this will also take some time to get rewarded. Unbelievable!

Login process is just too complicated with the updated app. Fingerprint and then entering pin code and the 2 otp is just toooo much. Voucher for FAB rewards do not load. Its awful.

Not able to sign in, I had issue with the app as not responding to my wipe, basically none of the buttons on swipe page before login is working, after uninstall and reinstall it's asking to take picture of my ID, the phone doesn't have camera and was working with previous versions. Now I don't have option to be able to sign in. I hope the app will be updated with alternative option not only taking ID photo.

We are expecting some basic support from the mobile app. For the last month or so, the swipping option while opening the app doesn't work. I tried uninstall and reinstall. Still the problem exists. Many customers addressed about the mobile app issues they are facing and unfortunately there is no response from the support team or bank. It was a very good app and now touched it's nose on the floor. Hope you will respond to the customers' concerns and resolve the issues ASAP.

Registering on this app has been a nightmare, it takes forever to scan the pics, when it finally does it sends an OTP to a my mobile but not my email. Whats worse it mentions my work email while the registered email is my personal one.

Can't sign up with Emirates ID. Trying to register with Emirates ID of new design doesn't work, when requested to tap the card at the back of the phone, I just get an error.

App easy to use. Fast. Reliable. Better than many othe banking apps there. But sometimes it has issues with login that dont last more than few days. Overall great app with many services
