FAB&T Mobile

App is outdated and missing functionality. Mobile deposit function does not work with Google pixel 3XL. Unable to take photo of checks therefore unable to make mobile deposits. I verified with Google that all permissions were correct but the device is just not supported. Also, the lack of fingerprint login is annoying and having to get a verification code every time before being able to log in is extremely aggravating as well.

I hate this app. Once again I am locked out of my account. You should just be able to login with just a pin instead of ttping in a full user name and password. Reading your account transaction it just reads amounts and date, thats it! This app is in serious need of updating.

It's okay. I have multiple accounts and it lets me check my balances, but it makes me sign in every single time even if I tell it to remember me. And I can't figure out how to transfer money from my main account to the other accounts. It's just frustrating.

Just doesn't WORK half of the time. It either refuses to recognize my device(I have to answer security question every time I open the app) or it has a licensing issue, meanwhile I'm just trying to check my bank account. Please fix this terrible excuse of an app.

Great bank and very friendly and helpful staff thus far. Love the app for my phone, and ability to know what I have in my account at all times.

This app needs a way to log on faster. Either a PIN or a swipe feature like the Capital One app has.

The app has quit working. The little circle keeps spinning but never loads my account. 🤬

Updating my review from a year ago....Still awful. Submitted 02/2017: If you read the reviews, looks like this has been an issue since the update. I will change my rating once you fix the app. Tired of having to get a text message to remember device, especially when you can't multitask and open the text message without losing that current session. Which means I have to request a text message again. Now I have to contact FAB&T to unlock my user profile. Extremely frustrating and not user friendly at all.

Such a basic app and locks up half the time.

This app is absolutely awful. Everyone is complaining about the same things and you chose to only fix a problem with the camera?!

This new app is alot harder to use and looks like I'd was exported from a spreadsheet program. I was getting all kinds of errors when I first installed it. Had to call FABT support, they asked me if I entered the last four of my SSN as new PW and I said "no, I did not see where it told me to use it" and it didn't. I think the previous app was awesome compared to this one. They should have added any new features to the old, modern looking app.

I agree, don't like the interface. Maybe it'll get a face-lift. I don't like having to click to see where the transaction took place and that's the reason for 2 stars. To be fair, the bank did say that there would be a different login procedure at first, which I forgot and had to have help with. Do that, and you can reset password to your old one.

I absolutely abhor the new app. A huge step backwards. It's clunky and seems like antiquated software. The login process is frustrating also. Requires new authentication code too often and only gives me one option for text message but when you open the text and reopen the app it won't accept the code because you exited the app. Poor design. Extremely frustrating to use. It doesn't show transaction details unless you click each individual one. Not to mention since the new rollout my budget apps don't work.

I know fabt didn't make this app directly. They contracted a company to redo the entire mobile/ online banking experience. Now to that company, shame on you . What part of an upgrade is this. Fabt's not off the hook ither. Who did the research on this company and who approved this application. Who thought it was a step in the right direction. Or was this contract cheaper than the previous contract you had .

Had to go into the bank yesterday to tell them how terrible this app is. The girl said they upgraded I said well its a down grade. I am now deleting this trash app and not going to deal with mobile banking anymore as long as I am with FAB&T

This app is awful. Mobile deposit doesn't work (it dies every time I take a picture of the check), and it locks up constantly. I have a bank account with another bank and their mobile app is 100% more user friendly than this one. If I did not live out of state, I would not have this app on my phone at all.

OLD APP: I could check the week's transactions in about a minute total - start to finish. NEW APP: checking the week's transactions could potentially engulf an entire day. It's impossible to view details regarding each transaction without navigating to each one individually, which takes considerable time - all you can see is the date and $ amount of each. I'd like to be able to enter password ONLY. Selecting "forget device" requires the entry of username, difficult 8 digit security code, AND password!

Every time I try to log on it says, "unfortunately FAB&T mobile had stopped." I have contacted the bank and even took my phone to the shop. I was was told all my settings were correct. I was able to get online the Friday before Columbus Day when I tried the following Monday is when the message keeps appearing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I even had the guy over Internet bank tell me he would check into the problem and contact me back, that was on the 13th of October. It's now the 18th and I haven't heard back from him yet.
