i ordered one top from faballey. they delivered it. but due to bad quality of the item, i wanted to return it. but they didnt have the return policy. customer has to self return any item, what a nonsense service. will never buy anything from faballey. first and last experience. deleting the app from my phone
Worst experience with Faballey. I had ordered a dress which was delvered on 14th April. From then till now no one has come for pick up. They delivered it in thane but when I requested for return pick up from the same address it threw up a error that I'm not in serviceable area. I changed the pick up address to my office in andheri and have written mails to their customer service dept but they have neither attempted the pick up in Andheri plus they closed the query without a resolution.
They will deliver to your address but when you try to exchange they will say we do not pick up from your address. Not sure if your delivery partner can deliver it why can't they pick it up. Worst experience.
This is my most favorite online platform to shop from. I love their variety and clothes quality. Delivery is also within the expected time. I wish the clothes were a little cheaper though!
For the first time I tried a platform other than Myntra and I was not dissapointed. I ordered 2 products. Both were of amazing quality. I had to return one of them as it didn't look good on me atall. They returned the product without any hassle and refunded the amount within 8hrs of pickup. I totally love the other dress and it was an awesome purchase. double thumbs up for fabric quality.
Worst Experience. Worst App for shopping. When you place order we don't get expected date of delivery. In same way for return pick up takes more than 10 days for reverse pickup. Since last 6 days waiting delivery on 7th day customer care confirmed that still they need 48 hours to dispatch
I am unable to coupon codes. I have done everything possible from clearing cache to reinstalling the app. Please fix this
Love it. I have stopped going to malls and big brands because everything I need is here in Fab Alley. They are "fab"ulous.
The actual collection is amazing but there are so many things about the UI that are super frustrating. The filter functionality isn't very effective There is always repetition so it looks like there are more options than there actually are (not sure if this is intentional but it's not a great experience) You don't have an option to disable notifications. The scroll gets stuck midway through browsing. The product itself is amazing, but the app could do with a lot of work.
Product doesn't fit well so I tried to exchange but it is showing that self return the product they don't come to address to pickup the product. If we are ok to self return, the address is UP how could we come to UP when we are other state this is soo unfair... unnecessarily I trusted this app, I shouldn't have booked in this app..very disappointed
Worst app I ordered a top from it and it was torn and the size was also different even the price tag was also not attached to it.
Very poor delivery. Very pathetic dealing. Literally thieves and keep no record of their deliveries.
Worst experience regarding return policies. I ordered one jacket and it was too large then ordered a smaller size of the same product and it was defected (two buttons were missing) so i asked them to replace the product as i liked it but they are saying 2nd time exchange option is not available i have to return the order and also you won't get your money back in the bank account, your money will come in faballey wallet. How horrible is that!!! They really need to work on the return policies.

Really having trouble in exchange .. for size issue.. already been nire than 72 hours but n getting computerised msg regards some person to pic the product. But no one has turned up n even contact no is not working
Can't able to cancel my exchange.there is no option to cancel it and 5 times in one month the courier service person comes at my doorstep for pickup and i have to say no to them for exchange each and every time. So irritating and frustrating. No doubt Products are upto the mark and of good quality 👌 but option are not satisfactory. And now there is an update option which is neither completing not it is opening the application. And when i uninstall it to install again .Now it is not installing.
Everything is fine except one thing. Once you have ordered something, you can see the orders in 'My orders' but cannot click on any item there and revisit it, which is very annoying as I wanted to share with my friends what I purchased.
Products aren't exactly how they look in the app. their services doesn't really make sense. I return my product because it wasn't how it was expected to be. Only the product cost was credited to my account (after i wrote mails to them) and shipping and cod charges weren't. Then i buy a new product but credited amount can only use to buy product and I'll have to pay shipping and COD charges again.Worst app ever totally waste of money. Won't recommend to anyone..!
I really love their collection but god their app and customer sercice are horrible. Even after a successful payment, the app shows "payment failed". So order not places. And no one picks the call. The line is free, they just don't answer. The reply over the e-mails are extremely slow. Extremely unprofessional. Guys if you love their stuff, get it from myntra or lifestyle. Don't use the app to waste your money.
The search is really bad. Unless you know the exact name of the product, you can't really search what you are looking for. The results are repeated again and again. Out of the 1200 plus items which shows up in the search, it looks like at least 900 are repeated, that too periodically. Overall a really bad experience. You really need to work on the search and interface .
Well there is a high severity bug as per my user experience , whenever I hit on the product to check the product pictures and description/ details about it. My song that is playing in the background stops playing. Observed the same behaviour. Note : This works fine in the Website, issue observed in the android application. Raising this issue here as this is not a good user experience. Thank you.
This app is amazing there are soo many options there are soo many different styles this is my favorite app so stop thinking download it and shop now
The worst experience I ever had with an online app. I selected a top and when it arrived it was way too different in shade so I had to return it and I wanted something else in exchange for which they were charging ₹50 for shipping charges . Edit : Yes I have received 50 in my credit which stays there for how long??? Why would I purchase from your app when I ll get the samething from Myntra and with lot more options.... Thank you but I have already unsintalled the app
Terrible experience! It's been 10+ days as of today since I placed my order and I haven't received it yet. To top it up, a product ordered 10 days back has been cancelled since they have some sku issue. Though the clothes and collection are good, I'm never again purchasing from the store directly. It's best to purchase from 3rd party sources.
