FRAUD PEOPLE!!!! Go for 'TREEBO HOTELS' instead of FabHotels. I had got WORST Service ever! The executive had confirmed my booking over call. I paid the advance amount. I got the confirmation message as well as the amount paid message also. But at the time of check-in, they denied saying there are no rooms available. I called the customer care but they were rude and said Sorry we can't help you. You can book another hotel. It's almost 5 days, I'm still waiting for my refund.
Fraud ! Fraud ! Fraud! These guys book your hotel and cancel your booking when you reach hotel. I got message and email confirming my booking but when I reached hotel they cancelled my booking without any intimation. Hotelier was nice enough to give me a room with less cost than FAB. Still not received my refund, it seems i will never get refund on cancelled booking. Let me warn you, there is no way to connect FAB customer care and talk. Not even on email. Contact options not active on app. Try.
Do not book hotels from this App. They're literally scammers. I booked a hotel and later had to cancel it so I called their customer support. They informed me that they ll cancel the booking and make another booking. They informed me that the hotel price is the same as the one i booked earlier but it was 1000 rs cheaper and they lied telling it's actually costlier than your current booking and we ll accomodate you at the same price. I was in a hurry so i agreed trusting them. They're scammers.
Once you book thru fabhotel you are screwed. Worst service anyone would expect. They dont have any in-app option to connect with their team, wont allow you to connect thru email. Only option available is thru call for which you have to keep calling them 24x7 to get connected. And when you get connected they are ready with an answer that you are late to raise the query. What a scam is bring run by fabhotels!!
Fraud!!!!! Worst hotel chain. Reception denied entry and refused to let us check in, told us that there are no rooms available. Fab hotels took advance prepaid booking and didn't inform the hotel. Didn't even get a refund for it. Not even taking my calls now. Have been trying to call for one month now.
One of the worst apps and hotel chains. We booked a room, travelled from morning onwards and reached the reserved hotel. But the hotel didn't allot us the room that we booked. The refund was issued and it might take 5 working days for refund. Such an unproffessional approach from the hotel chain. One of the worst experience and hotel policies ever in booking a hotel.
While the app is easy to use,the building photos do not show the correct picture,the room nowhere as good as shown in photo, there is no support on the app.
Very bad experience with fab hotels. I booked a hotel through make my trip which was a big mistake, Oyo has better customer sevice. I booked fab hotel mid town grand at panchkulla for 3 nights I.e. 19.05.2022 till 22.05.2022 . Before the day of check in I called make my trip and fab hotels and both confirmed that my booking is confirmed . Make my trip even confirmed the same via email but I was denied check-in at midnight as the rooms were sold at higher rates to other. Never book fab hotels
Fab hotels do not book it. Incase if you have any real problem like cancelling the hotel and if you already paid the amount. They dont return money back and the call center if you log complaints also those guys they will not respond to you properly and they will try to drag and the issue until you leave. They will talk politely and say sorry we are trying our best. All this I pointed out based on my experience with Fab be cautious.
Seriously unprofessional, Hotel doesn't bother what the app says... Stop advertising contactless check-in. Even after doing all formalities the reception made me do everything again . And the room is not even ready @17:15 when the check in time is 12:00 noon. The bathrooms are not cleaned. Just gave me the room without cleaning.
Very hopeless customer service, made booking online and also paid partial amount to hold the reservation. When we went to checkin there was no record of our booking with the partner hotel. Most of the hotels were booked due to event that day. Me and my wife were on street trying to find room with absolutely no help from Fab hotel. Even the refund was made after months and absolutely no compensation for the stress and harassment caused by Fab group
They promised a full refund for the cancellation before 24 hours,but didn't return any and talking about some other regulations. So think twice before choose this chain of money looting chain of hotels.

Worst experience with fab hotels...booked through their online link provided by them..nd found these guys manipulatingb us to take some other rooms in some other hotel which cost way less than the amount we paid when asked for cancellation they outrightly denied..will never recommend using fab hotels..
It's a great app for worthy stays,loved it. Just that it would be really great if they expanded to cities like ajmer as well.
Pathetic. Scammers. While travelling from Ranchi to New Delhi I booked their service at IGI, booked a Cab towards the hotel. To my and the Driver's surprise the hotel with that name doesn't even exist. No customer care. Hotel's given number was unavailable. Spent 1 hour with luggage. Booked another hotel with MMT.
Good customer support, the team solved my payment issue. However, the developers should solve the technical issues of payment methods on the app for a smooth transaction and booking process.
While paying partial payment which was booked for 2 nights and 3 person,after paying partial the page showed 2 person instead od 3 and i had to face lot of drama at the Hotel and it was not my fault and the hotel fault as Fab is a third party just to book and take money all this happened because of them unsecure and untrusted app. Will never ever book any hotels through Fab or of Fab.😡😡😡
It's a good aap. Any inconvenience reacted from their side is resolved on time and hotels are also within budget and as shown in the pictures on the aap
My suggestion to everyone, please select the option of Pay at Hotel until this problem is solved from the FAB TEAMS..Guys please solve the issue first even i have booked the hotel and payed the amount in advance but there is no message of confirmation or anything so please refund the amount as soon as possible..
Very good and fast service.. proper follow up.. customer satisfaction.. nice hotel.. fab hotel summit star.. one should stay as it in centre and very good service.

Pathetic hotels, pathetic customer support. No option of leaving feedback for hotels or the customer service. You see only positive feedback on the website and app which makes this a scam.
The rooms alloted are not well maintained as shown in pictures. The Hassel free experience becomes a hassle full suffering . I am out of fab hotels forever.
Never book through fab hotels. They book your hotel and when you reach the hotel they don't have rooms to give it to you. Then if you try to reach out to customer care, first you won't be able to contact them and then if you get connected they will say that "we cannot do anything. You can look for a room in a different hotel." Worst service. Worst team. Worst experience. Would recommend you not to book through them.
