don't deserve one star. I don't know we can't put 0 star? when you create an account the app exit on website and when you retourn to app your haven't access. your email stay registered without pass, and you retry to recreate they say your email are still registered. worst app ever
Do not bother downloading if you don't have "medical" credentials. It says for a doctor's use only which contradictory, because it has a disclaimer that says it can't be used to diagnose any diseases or disorders. Then what's the point t in making it exclusive to doctors only? It's a pointless app. I just wanted to try it to see what it says about my profile. If I was a doctor, I wouldn't need an app like this because...well, I would be a doctor and should already know how to diagnose a patient.
Good idea but doesn't seem ready for production. A new must register to run the app. Registering sends a new user to their website via new user's browser. Then user has a choice to peruse site or exit. When I returned to Face2Gene app, the registration page was blank and ready to be populated. Registering again will only send a new user into an infinite loop of visiting their website. I also checked the email inbox that I had used to register but there was no email confirmation. App needs work.
Don't know why the App is rated low scores by many. It's actully function very well, and the UI is beautiful as well.
It's frustrating this isn't usable to the general public. I'm the mother of a special needs child and I certainly have enough qualifications to take a picture of her in an app.
I still cannot use it. After 3 days, still waiting for an email to complete the registration process.
Too much login attempts with correct credentials... wasted
Awesome! They should warn you before downloading it requires providing your medical credentials. It's not for lay people. That said we got to try this at the Drs office. It did in seconds what took 10 years of waiting plus another 3 years in a research lab told us. My child has KBG syndrome, there's roughly 500 cases worldwide right now. I think we were at about 300 when the app identified her as KBG. Already had genetic confirmation, the Dr just wanted to test the app on such a rare DX.

The 5 stars are the company employees. Every single one has a middle eastern name, and every 1 star are names from across the world. Y'all are scams.
Install, uninstall. Why do you have to register to use the app?

Dont waste your time. You have to have your doctor submit a form with your rare diagnosis and photo to their company. You cannot access anything until then.
It scares me a bit the doctors need a play store app to figure out a diagnosis.
this is very promising project. please continue its development. I always believed that there is facial patterns for every genetic and non genetic diseases. you will certainly need help of Artificial Intelligence facial recognition systems to complement with your app. you will be able to diagnose even diabetes in young children without measuring blood sugar. Go forward with hard work you will make miracles
This app doesn't provide any useful help. When attempting to sign up, it redirects you to a webpage giving a description of the app. Doesn't let you use it, whatsoever.
I think...when you tap "sign up" from within the app, but it switches you to a website wanting you to write an email, then it's a flawed waste of time.

Awesome app for for finding a wide variety of syndromes based on the clinical inspection
it works. When you sign up, just put in generic info say youre a medical professional, and then when it asks what kind, just check researcher. Since my task was to test it and check the accuracy, I just listed that. The data analysis is very accurate though.
