Facebook Ads Manager

Awful. I would go negative stars if I could. Very cumbersome and unintuitive. Tried to run an ad for a small lawn care business for 7 days, ad only worked about 72hrs total, not even consecutively. Constantly being restricted for no clear reason, impossible to find out why or how to fix. You have to have a c.c. on file which they charge several times a day for $2 a or $3 which at first flagged my card. Ad currently not running for lack of payment, tried several ways to pay. No good. Ads on Facebook work. I've been getting many more deals because of this, however, the notifications are all delayed which prevents an immediate response. Instead of responding in 5-10 minutes, which generally guarantees a close, I don't see them for about an hour. This may just be on the Facebook/ Meta app itself, but I wish the ads manager would provide this instead, it may run a bit more smoothly.

META! MAYBE READ THESE REVIEWS OR AT LEAST TRY ANSWERING THE SUPPORT REQUESTS!!! Cannot use the app, screen constantly keeps refreshing every second making it impossible to even select an option. Have tried re-installing it, clearing phone's memory etc. App is pointless if you cannot use it. Update! Purchased a new tablet... Same problem! Can only use as manager on a computer!

Pretty useless. I used to use this app only to quickly turn on/turn off ads. Now the app won't even let me do that. The overall Facebook ad experience has gone down the tubes. It started with iOS then the transition to commerce manager and now meta. All been terrible. Writing is on the wall, time to look for other advertising platforms.

It doesn't synch well and when submitting ads through Meta there's really no way to kn if it'll be rejected and your account(s) restricted. I tried to run a simple promotion advertising 10% off for Memorial Day and it was restricted for suspicious activity but gives no further definition. I edited the ad but changed nothing and it was approved but I can't run it, restricted. I resubmitted the ad a few times as a test and approval is just a coin flip. No Live Support available so I'm here.

Create an account and everytime the moment i try to add my card, my account gets disabled in the payment method. The support is the useless thing, couldn't provide any solutions so far. They have a bug and no one is fixing that. Facebook is the worse, they disable the accounts for no reason

It's a little complicated and the user interface could be improved, but it basically works. It's nice to have Facebook and Instagram consolidated. Now, if you could add Twitter that would be perfect.

It was really helpful to manage the ads for my startup, at a single place while I can see the performance of the ads how it reached so far. I like that I can reply and chat with ny customers who texted to my business's page.

I was sent an email with an offer for $50 in free advertising. I claimed it, but then was charged for the add I ran with the credit. The ad has only run. Up to $35 so far. I deleted the ad and contacted support asking for a refund but was denied even after giving them all the information about the credit and what happened. I will not do advertising with fb ever again.

Waste of money. Doesn't work most of the time. Costly. Can take hours or days for ads to be approved. I've had to delete ads and start over. Facebook now requires this for business ads. I constantly have to reset my audience or target market. It has impacted business negatively. I've had ads approved in the wee hours of the night. Like seriously? Facebook will no longer have my business because of this. The old advertising system directly on facebook was way better. Invest elsewhere. Meta 👎

I received many emails saying I had 60$ coupons but when clicking on the link, it's impossible to get the code. I have reach by emails for help about this, it's been 10 emails back and forth without any solution, just turning in circle. Waste of time and false promotions. Good luck.

The app is completely useless. I have been added to an ad account without me knowing who is the one who added me. The email says I can remove myself if I don't know that person. So I downloaded the app but there is no such setting that I can remove myself. FACEBOOK YOU SHOULD FOCUS MORE ON THE SECURITY OF THE ACCOUNTS OF YOUR USERS. In my case, it's so easy to be added to an ad account without me knowing. I hope you'll see this and do an action about it.

nice app but why can't one edit his/her text in ad which has run before.. And as well change campaign objective with same ad set...too bad you have to start a fresh with new text and objectives... please let look into this...let one be able to change campaign objective with same ad run before.. thanks 😊

Whenever I open any campaign, it doesn't let me open it. It starts keep blinking, I've seen other comments to and found that many of other people also witnessing the same problem. This app has some serious bugs, technical team should look into this ASAP!

Using the app and website is extremely complex. It is very difficult to scroll through the pics to be selected for ads. It is further complicated by the fact that it is all US based and it doesn't work that well for Indian preferences.

This app is TERRIBLE. I mean just about useless. The screen just flashes and you can't really control, view, or adjust anything with it as a result. Very disappointed.

Perfect to create an ad and save to drafts as the app freezes. Unable to view the draft from desktop... Therefore: 100% useless. Free solitaire game apps have more stability and features than this giant.

I have a mixed feeling about this app and all ad management tools of Facebook. This app makes my life a bit easy some of the times. But some of the times it frustrates me too. For example, on the homepage of my account Ads are listed in somewhat random order. Once an ad is completed it goes down too far down the list. There are some ads completed many months ago shows up on the first ten ads. adsmamager on the website and this app should be more synced too.

I'm a Facebook ads marketer. I do it for many clients of mine. The problem with this Android app is that as soon as we open any campaign to go to the ad set level, it starts blinking and you can't do anything except to go back. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but same problem persists. There is some technical problem with the app that needs to be solved.

Bad, I can't delete or change the campaigns as it it keep says I don't have permission, I can report a problem, I get a message saying something isn't working! This is only to steal money from users without being to do anything about it! I wonder if the developer or the PM takes a look at the reviews or this is actually their goal from this app (getting more money from people)!!!

What the hell, when you click on the active ads for more details, the next page blink continuously.... Developers, please give me the solution of this OR solve the bugs... Unable to see anything. I downloaded the same app on another phone to check, it's still the same

It's been almost 3 months now the Facebook ad manager doesn't work. Whenever I click on the campaign the screen starts blinking and the app crashes. Worst experience through the application.

My ad account is disabled due to some unusual activity. I think my account was hacked. So it was disabled thats good but when i tried to review or report problem i am unable to do. Somehow its still hacked i belive. Facebook has worst security. I am using all possible security measures like long passwords two factor authentication ect. Still this happened and no way to recover it. Trying for months. Not even able to anything with this app not even reporting worst experience.

Charging me .56 for a campaign that I wasn't running any ads for. I stopped that campaign months ago and they were running it anyway. I had to download this app just to delete the campaign so they won't to that to me again. I set the limit to one cent after I paid it and within minutes got a notification that my limit had been reached. It wasn't even an active campaign. So, hopefully now that I deleted the whole thing, it is done and over with. After the bill me for .01 the end of February 🙄

Since last updated. It's not usable as after enter campaign, it keep flashing and refreshing. Tried uninstall and install again, still the same. Confirmed latest version and mobile is running latest version also. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, Android 12, One UI 4.1

Difficult to use, too many drop down fields, card on file won't save, can't complete ad, very frustrating. Not efficient use of time. I will probably advertise elsewhere next time. All I want is to close whatever ads account has been created and remove all of my credit information. Everything on Facebook feels like a trap.
