I dont know what is the function of this apps when at first it's show that 'there were 32 Visitors' on FB then lure us to this app and install it. But when click the button and already finished install this there's nothing happen and not related with the adv/notification show on fb. Totally a useless app and also maybe a scheme. Dont try to install it and beware with scheme.
Cant use this app with my samsung galaxy note 9. It just said "Data collection in progress. We've started collecting data for your Page. You will receive a notification once your data is ready." And it's been days after I install and login to this app.
It's okay. Some of the layouts and formatting of charts is a bit broken and it's not that great at pulling audience insights. Okay for a quick overview
Can't login. The error message says, "The action attempted is disallowed, because you have opted out of Facebook. You can opt-in at by adjusting your privacy settings". 1. Which privacy setting? Am I supposed to allow all of the privacy setting to use this app.? 2. The grammar is bad or "at" what, where, how, .........?
Horrible. Takes forever to collect the data. It was much better a month ago when you can see it directly in facebook itself. Just put it in facebook.
It is not sync with my creator studio insight. It is like stand alone feature without giving much value, it only start collect data when you enable the analytic which make me question if this app is really develop by facebook
A necessary tool for digital advertising. Easy to get a 30k ft view and provide reports for clients. would love more charts similar to desktop version.
This app is full of bugs and needs development clearly. I logged in my account and it stopped working. Tried it 3-4 times but in vain. Please fix this so I can see the analysis of my account. Thanks.
It's very easy to use. The graphs are very useful and insightful. It's very flexible and I can choose to pair together different dimensions and metrics.
usefull, but i don't understand exactly how the "revenue is calculated" because comparing to the actual sales over the selected period, facebook analytics app shows much more then the actual amount. what is the reason? what are you calculating exactly?
I have the page won't load error for my Facebook business page for two weeks. I have reinstalled several times to no avail.
Installed it to analyze my business page. It was unable to gather any data after a few days. Dissatisfied with this app. Uninstalled.
I love how the app displays metrics on sales, and the variety of statistics to display is awesome!! Cool app to have for your analytics needs
"Page analytics not available yet, data not yet ready" has been the message for 12 months. App for some reason refuses to link to page analytics. Zero customer support from Facebook.
Unable to login... Showing "Account temporarily not available" message but my account is active and working properly. Please fix this bug.
I tried this app last year 2018 and it sucked. Now it looks like the people from fb got their stuff together with this app. great app. much better than before. this app plus Google analytics is a must.
Not bad but it has less features than the desktop app, and it seems to update more slowly too.
While seeing the numbers are okay, there are so many other details and much more numbers that I'd like to see as additional information from the app.
Way too hard to set up for Facebook. I was expecting to be able to open the app, maybe link my Facebook account and see the info....
Such a great tool to help figure out when the peak times for post will be for the next time frame. I can not express how much this Tool has helped.
I'm not sure why people are downvoting this app. To me it's a quick way to view my stats without having to go to the FB Business website for my Pixel Analytics. Some of the negative reviews seem creepy, like they're hoping to stalk someone they know. They don't even seem to have a business. Not sure what's up with that.
It doesn't work. I installed it yesterday and it said that it is still collecting data from a page I linked it to. As of today it still says the same thing
I am unable to access my page "£lite my comic house". using Facebook analysis it keeps un saying an unexpected error occurred we are working to fix it .
Out of this Facebook part is the literally the area part that the one who was using my Maya you could see my page I guess whatever it is not a page my face and change everything got all the way to this 1 said all you could certainly everything because that I had I know I had to give it his brother everybody that connected to my but I couldn't touch it and you guys look at that so much but I can get in there with just my actual name that has 600000 people in there with every picture for every yea
It just keeps giving me an error l cannot see anything! Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix this
Very good functionality, BUT if you change your time zone from Pacific to GMT+1, chrash occurs and you are not able to restart the app ("keep saying something wrong"...), so you have to delete cache/all data to use it again. Update: even if you reinstall the app you cannot select the previosly selected "event source" (Page) what has been already chrashed, you cannot run filters at all on these pages. Only your other pages. Interestingly , GMT+0 (London) timezone works well Pls. fix it asap:)
