Constantly crashes, kicks you out multiple times daily, has to snch after any button press, can't log into the app directly so you have to log in through the website and hope the timing was right or you'll have to log out and start over. But when it does work it let's your company see that you're using the mobile platform, so there's that I guess

What junk, never do I get notifications, I would rather print out my w/O's and do it all old school, it never syncs and if I manually sync it it does nothing. This app isn't worth the binary it's written with forget using it's make ready board........... Useless!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry to say that I can not use this app. I download it and click to log in and just takes me to the beginning time after time. This is an app I really need for work. Corporate office puts things in there that I need to see for work. I delete the app and reinstall it but again... same thing happens. Please Help

It constantly crashes. I have to uninstall and reinstall weekly. I'm not sure why any corporation would use this. We call it real pain as it adds more work just trying to close out service orders. Definitely not a time saver. EDIT: nothing has changed in almost a year. In fact it's gotten worse. Again, how can any company think this is a good app?

Won't Even Log in with the unified login, even when I already have a account, I tap the unified login and it just blinks and I am right at the beginning again. Worked good on the iPhone, So far, not so good on my Android phone.

It constantly crashes and I have to constantly install it and Uninstalle it and when you open the app it just keeps on loading and nothing happens

It takes forever to load/sync. When closing out work orders it is ridiculous that I have to wait for as long for it to sync as I am connected to wifi and have a full 5G network at the same time. Today it kept kicking me out or not even letting me in altogether. It is preventing me from doing my job efficiently. This isn't the first time it's done it.

I've updated to the newest version. Been in touch with tech support. Can't get it to sync correctly. A service request will get stuck on my end in my pending sync, and then it freezes. I've done all the proper tech support steps, and even they can't fix it after being on the phone with them. Thought I had it cleared up by deleting the files manually on the phone, just for the problem to come back again 1 week later, and now that won't work, this app is useless.

It's buggy and often needs too many updates. It logs me out at weird times and is a hassle to manage. With that being said it is a time savor. I can do the work order in real time instead of remembering and going to a computer. The benefits just barely outweigh the cons. If the app could be revamped with less bugs I'd give it a 5, but for now it's too problematic to not address the issues I have with it.

Broken. Every version is broken in some new way waiting for you to find later on. The current version won't allow you to open up contact information to communicate regarding tickets. Syncing issues are perpetual across the platform, often leaving tickets in limbo where they can no longer be closed and data saved. Previous versions broke ticket creation in several ways to the point where if I find a vaguely stable version I stop updating the app. No alternatives.

Every time I try to cancel a ticket the app bugs out so bad that I have to reinstall. Then the ticket is still there. I've already had problems with closing a ticket instead of canceling because it then generates an email saying I was in someone's unit and repaired an issue. This needs to be fixed.

Inspections don't work anymore. All of a sudden each item takes forever to sync. Then you try to change a condition and it it doesn't change. Then the whole inspection just goes blank. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This app always has one problem or another.

Not syncing always have saying More work orders then what is in the system

crashes A LOT! service request entries dont always show up & it crashes right after entering a request. some headings arent complete with selections & u can't complete the request without selecting something ....but there is nothing to select FROM under certain headings, to be able to go forward & complete it. also does not sync with onesite online. cant access onesite to begin with even though it is supposedly web based, but u also dont get the same info to post in both places.

Definitely not a time saver. Takes to long to load. It will let me in then takes me back to log in page

The app freezes up alot and closes randomly. It's always running in the back ground on my phone draining the battery constantly. I close the app and it automatically starts again in a few minutes.

Terrible! Our company purchased mobile devices Android and Apple with G5 service but the app does not work most of the time, inspection disappear, work orders don't close. Absolute garbage. I can book a trip to the other si of the world faster than doing an inspection on this app.

I've had to uninstall the reinstall the app multiple times as it will randomly stop working and everytime I try to open it I get an error message that the app has stopped working. It's also VERY slow even when I am on good WIFI.

Slow, unresponsive, glitchy, and now sync issues make it pointless. If it takes 5x longer to work in the field than it does to come into the office and work, what is the point?

****UPDATE*** As of this current update the issue is finally resolved, I can now tap on the residents information and call, txt and email residents automatically. Thank you so much for this update. I was able to use the tap to call feature on my zblade max, ive just upgraded to the UMIDIGI F1 and the feature is not allowing me to tap to talk, the contact info is there but doesn't do anything, please help!

Nothing but problems! This app duplicates time, doesn't calculate labor correctly. It is supposed to save us time and mainstream our maintenance works orders. IT DOESN'T. I literal spend hours having to open every completed service request up to fix them. Support tickets have been turned un and still have same problems.

Crashes constantly, throws you back to login at least once a day, freezes whenever you switch to another app and try to switch back. Whoever designed this app is a bad programmer and should feel bad.

Constantly crashes, does not allow to save more than 10 pictures while in camera mode, does not allow for bulk picture loading from gallery. This app creates more work than needed.

Worst app ever, super glitchy and I have uninstalled several times and seems to get worse each time. Checking work orders still works but only to check them. So now I have gone back to using computer completely... very dissatisfied!!!

Why when using app it will freeze 90% of the time, forcing you to close out completely sometimes having to remove and re-download sometimes multiple times. Please for the LOVE fix this issue!!!!

Terrible...won't ever load all the work orders. And when you close one out it bugs out and shuts down but is still in the system. Just a whole lot of bugs..garbage and sadly have to use this until I find a better app to use for my company.

This is a very expensive program paid for by PMC. The reviews are horrible and someone in management needs to pay attention. This has been an issue regardless off updates. We shouldn't have to install and reinstall the app numerous times to get it to work. It needs to function as advertised. Please please make this app work!

Not great will not work out in field without cellular turned on for syncing. Android version not syncing everything. Pausing timer in make readies doesn't work starts back up on its own.
