The app won't open. It crashes every time. Sent several logs and no fix. Been over 2 months.
The app crashes upon opening. Read that capability for Android 10 is not available. But this was months ago.
This was a great app. No longer works with current OS. No update in sight. 04.27.21. App updated.

So far so good. Just started using it.
Right at the top, in rather large letters, you should have a statement that initial use of this app is BY INVITATION ONLY so that you don't waste the time of users. Improving efficiency is what this app is all about, right? But the first thing that happens is a waste of time trying to figure out how to get into the test. This is beta software at best. There is a single line stating with what the trend function will work, buried 2/3 of the way down your description. The modules within this app should say WHAT they can connect, rather than leave a user to flail around trying to figure it out for themselves. So far, this app does the exact opposite of what it claims.
This app is great just for the quick access to Tech Support. Saves much time not having to log in and go page to page through a browser. I would be happy if that's all it did but all the other features are a bonus.
