Been playing this and lightning link for over a year. Good graphics but thats where the fun stops. Bets too high compared to the small bonuses. Games that don't play the full lines compared to the real machines. Free coin bonuses dont pay when watching videos. Two days now I've watched all ten videos and not been paid a bonus and it happens ALL THE TIME. Even on my friends account, so no use contacting support because they already know. False advertising thats illegal in some countries. Scammers
Terrible app! I installed and been playing for about 20-30 minutes. Already I've had to resatart the app 4 times. Everytime i go to check out a new slot - it gets stuck loading the slot. I close the app and go back into it - it loads the slot i was trying to play perfectly. Idk whats up with it - but i dont have time nor the patience for it. UNINSTALLED.
I play this game basically every day. I spend real money about once a month. Now the last few weeks I haven't had the extra cash so I've been clicking the box to watch videos for free coins and have done this about 20 times. Problem is, that I don't get the free coins. You really need to fix this. I pay real money and one of the few perks is that I can get a few free coins from watching videos. Videos that you all are getting paid good money for advertising. Now when your customers are spending money and helping you make money from watching advertisements about these apps and games you have a real bad problem that needs to be fixed.
this app was going to receive 5 stars until tonight! I have played this game every night for a long time. I have never had an issue with the app until tonight. Finally I hit the maxi jackpot on a bonus for 90mil coins plus with the other hits the bonus was set to pay about 150 mil coins. when the bonus was over I got an error message for the game. it tried reloading twice and then said it could not reload and I didn't receive my coins. what a ripoff!!!!!!!
I like the graphics and it has one of my favorite games on it. but the payouts are not good at all.. you have to collect bonus all day without playing just to have enough to even play more then 5 spins and don't win. plus when I watch videos for free coins. I watched 6 videos got no coins at all.. if you want to lose this is the app for you.. I hope they update and make it better I really do like the games but I'd like to play more then spinning 5 times.
This game is relatively fun. Although. Over the last four days, I have encountered an error whenever I get a feature of any sort, which causes the game to reset and instead of starting where the game crashed, it has started again completely. This, is the "not" fun aspect of the game.
I contacted support and what a waste of time that was. Completely brushed off pretty much! Ive played this game alot over the last 2-3 years and not once have i ever hit a major or a grand jackpot. Sometimes dont even hit any free game features for 2-3 days wich actually happens quiet a bit. As a money collector from peoples credit cards it must do well but as an enjoyable game for the consumer not so much. More features more jackpots, keep the players interested!
Why not make the free coins every 12 hrs. It is extremely difficult to play this because bonuses are so hard to come by including free games across all games. They force you to buy coins but it is really just a waste. Been playing this for several years now
Bonuses are terrible, coin packages are terrible, milestone goals are literally "unreachable" and have prizes that don't match. Errors and Customer Service doesn't reply. It's obvious this app is no longer maintained by its devs and just an easy money pit for them to collect. Unfortunate as it does have a lot of good slots.
This games don't deserve of any stars..First of all,free coins are so little and the bet of the games are so high!!! I do purchased with real money for the coins and it's just gone in few spins!! I have won a big win once and it sudden pop out network error and need to restart the games,but once restart those money that I have won't are gone..and now even getting more worse, free games and they don't give you any money!!so what's the point still support for this games????
ok, everytime i 'try' to play your game, within a very short time, get a pop up stating 'there seems to be a problem with your bet', it then returns to the start up screen, and off we go again.my only problem is continuing to try and play this game...please fix this before i pull out what hair i have left... thank you, i hope...
So many bugs on the latest version. Free games keeps resulting to web error. Before, a free game can be recovered everytime an error occurs. But current version will no longer do it. Also, credits are sometimes not given correctly. Very poor customer experience for the latest version😟
I have played this game for 4 years! In the last year I have ran into the issue, where the game will show a pop up that stays on my screen stating something about a problem has occurred. ( Only seems to happen when I've landed a really good win) then doesn't add the winnings to my account! Rrrrrr:(.
I used to love this game. Lately something has been going wrong with the game. I've left several messages about the game stopping on the bonus rounds stating that there was an error. Took screen shots of the game taking money from me and tried to consult with the contact information to no avail. This game is faulty and they are not trying to rectify the problem. They are manipulating the games. They never responded to my request for my money back due to faulty error with the game. DON'T ADD GAME
I've been using this app for a long time now recently i purchase coins to play but everytime i get a free game it always divert to error i got a few games but my winning did not reflect on screen and game goes error and stops and restarted again. imagine no error when you purchase the coin but theres always error on your apps when paying our winnings its unfair.
This could be a great game, but very few bonus features and not much winning. Minimum bets are too high. The games are fun if you can get enough coins, but I can only play for about 5mins at most. Would like to play longer. Product Madness can do better.
Do not waste your money. The app continues to mess up and the game support states its my fault...lol. I purchased coins and when it froze on the bonus I reported it and informed of all the items I could have been doing wrong. That was their resolution. Fantastic customer service...haha. I guess that is how they tale your money! Do not waste your money on this app!
Huge waste of time.....First off it won't even open so I can play it!!! Second it freezes up my phone and I can't just turn my phone off, oh no that would be too easy so I have to take the battery out for 10 seconds then replace battery to see if that fixed it or not most of time it does..... Don't waist your time with this app.
After updating the app, i had a lot of error message. It prompted to reload the game. These error happened during free games. Huge winning from either free spins or are not being credited to players account. Its simply gone. Hope this app errors can be fixed with an improved update.
At first, I love to play this game. But it's annoying when you are playing with the free games and you have re triggered for another bonus game! What the F.... and suddenly it will just appear that there's an error occurred blah blah blah. Then your free game and credits will be gone.👎👎👎
Really enjoyed playing this game when I first download it.one of the best slots games but now it doesn't pay... bonus hardly comes and if you get it doesn't pay you anything... really disappointing..how do I continue to play if the game doesn't pay..ever since the update it has started giving error loading game as soon as you get a bonus also the credits are not being added correctly... please could this issue be resolved...
I've attempted the latest update several times, the last of which seems to have downloaded 65.56MB out of a 46.70MB update... After completing several full downloads, two of them were over the MB listed and the rest were downloaded in full, but never actually updated the app. It has now stolen my data on top of not allowing me to play the game, forcing me to keep trying to update it to the most recent version! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR DATA!
Firts Your coin packages are really expensive. This is the second time and the last one that i will purchase coins!!never got a bonus at all!!!i feel is a rip off!!! To bad because you're games and graphics are great, but it is hard when you can't get any bonus at all with 80 millions in coins. Doesn't matter how many credits you save never got the bonus, is so hard to almost impossible to get any wins
