Affordable rates,great speeds and connectivity, great bundle plans,...my only complain is the calls bundles, I can't call other subscribers...I wish really made this a Reality and Accessible cause I'd happily buy their Calls and SMS bundles

If there was a half star I would have given that coz it's a scam. I bought bundles and still reads zero I bought airtime it still reads zero balance. I can't even enjoy internet on my birthday what a shame๐Ÿคฎ

This used to be a decent app (3/5) - simple and functional (some of the time). Network issues the past few months seem to have affected or crept into the app. The recent update just made it worse. I keep getting logged-out, most times the app doesn't connect despite others doing so. Sometimes I do not get the right airtime purchase amount until after a few minutes. Progress, don't regress!

Very good app, well balanced and relatively quick to make purchases and renewals. Best feature it's like saf app you can access without prior bundles package. Worst is it doesn't have notifications plan to warn users about renewal or data depletion, you're just left in suspense till you go look in the app if data has deplted. So till then that's a 3star. Improve on notifications warnings and increase more flexible plans in data packages. The lowest is ksh.50 per day then next is KSh 300 weekly?

The network is more than fine ..if anyone complains about it they don't know how to use it. Extremely fast customer care responce with emails. A few issues with the app though, the sign up, log in and buying bundle parts need to be fixed and ease up on the registration procedure. Otherwise great service๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ.

App doesn't work, jtl self-care site not working or is up when it feels like... no way of checking data balance or even purchasing new bundles unless you physically visit one of the faiba JTL agents.... I think you have the best packages for mobile data connectivity(if near or within Nairobi),speed, price everything but how your customer service makes it look like the customer is begging to give you money is unbelievable! Very very disappointing!

Nice app, though I give it a 3 star for this reasons,1. I've used faiba line both on devices that could use data and calls and now I'm on one that uses data only, the first one I used to get notifications when my data is almost over through SMS, now I don't. could you enable the app send such notifications. 2. The customer care is frequently too busy and that's the only way to reach you. You don't reply to emails. Thank you.

The time it takes to load the airtime is too long after the update,,, actually the former App was better this too long with alot of adverts Boring indeed you buy airtime and is getting lost without you using. Then again and again they keep repeating the same message you bought bundles with yet don't have bundles. Kindly I request you return to the former feature of the App

So far, so good, except for the fact that when I purchase data sometimes, it goes to airtime instead and quickly uses it. JTL should work on that. Their customer service also needs to improve. Their network also goes dead when there's a blackout in town, how now???

I bought a Faiba SIM card and 1. They advertise 4G but it is not only the slowest network, it is also incredibly unreliable. Net just drops. 2. They don't tell you that the SIM toolkit won't work with your phone until after you've already paid for the card and bought airtime. 3. Registering for the card and connecting to the Faiba app took over half an hour, they asked not just for ID but took photos as well. Invasive and uncomfortable. 100% don't recommend.

The app buys airtime when you buy bundles. there is no warning that it performed a different action from what you requested. if you continue to use the internet, the airtime is charged at an extremely expensive rate. Don't bother calling the customer service, you'll just lose more money.

I have been using this service for the past 6 months. The first 4 months it worked excellent and the last 2 months its the worst experience i ever had. slow connection, poor customer service and the worst thing, the gadget disconnects almost every minute!

Your app doesn't remember phone numbers yet there's an option for that. Paying through Equity dough zinadisappear. Sometimes the app doesn't even work when I try to buy bundles, I have to reinstall, which is so frustrating. Bundles hudisappear mbiombio sometimes. The phone number doesn't make calls nor texts...

You cannot register or verify your number on the app. Shocking! When you get a new Sim, the costumer care will say there's a temporary problem with otp verification on the app but in reality, Faiba cannot find a way to fix this. What's the point of installing the app when you can't use the services?

The app had one job and it simply dissapointed. Everytime you need to buy the bundles, you find new graphic designs and even more bugs. Please fix the bugs and take the money or simply do away with the useless app anyway. I am trying to start the app then it's just not working..

I had no problems with the first edition of this app. However, after I updated, I can't use it anymore. It sends a million verification codes which don't even work. It's such a shame considering I've used it for almost a year without issues.

Thought it's reliable, since I saw a friend advertise on her status, saw the bundle rates and thought it's worth having, was to purchase the faiba sim card tomorrow, but after installing the app and all I could see was a white screen for a whole 30 minutes and counting, I had to uninstall and forget about it... Maybe when things get better and efficient , I'll reconsider... Disappointed first time customer ๐Ÿ˜’

If there was half a star, that's my rating. The new update doesn't allow purchase of data or airtime from any other number. At the end of the day, I don't even have the access to check my balance.i am.not impressed at all

It will really frustrate you when you want to top up. Keeps loading, not buying airtime via mpesa, not showing bundle balance. I uninstalled then installed, now it says my email address does not exist. I'm simply stuck. Can someone assist here?

The latest update has made the app not function well. It keeps on hanging, not showing the balance, also when you buy bundles it instead gives you airtime, what's up with that. Kindly fix it.

Previous version was ok, with push STK better. Right now I can't get Mpesa prompt to buy bundles. One more proposal, why dont you merge the app to mifi control app? I believe mifi versions are not so many therefore with up addresses to control the connection on and off. Just a thought.

I bought a bundle via the app stk push. Tried browsing but I couldn't. Called customer care and all they say is that I bought as airtime, so it was consumed asap bila warning . So I did the same thing and this time its as a 8GB bundle. How comes? Really frustrating company and their customer service is just rude!!!

I really love your app but the recent data usage visualization update looks bad and it'd be awesome if you returned the bar. Also it's super slow during startup look into that too.
