Faire Wholesale

Reoccurring feed glitch. It's been going on for so long now that I'm deleting the app & will just shop from the website going forward. Here's the issue: When searching for products, I'll see something I'm interested in, click on it & then go back to the main search feed. Once that happens, I will begin to scrolling again and the same 10 items are showing on repeat over & over again. I then have to start the entire search over from scratch. I've waited for an app update to fix this and nothing!

Now that I've finally been able to find a reputable dealer on the app and it looks like I'll be able to get what I have ordered I'm much happier. The app is still a bit slow and it's hard to wade through and find good sellers at first. I keep forgetting where my saved items are too and having to hunt them down. Customer service is amazing and it was easy to find support email on the app. Wors of advice don't buy from anyone who has not been rated yet or won't respond to you messaging.

I do enjoy this app and if I know what I am reordering it is very convenient. However, I am having the same issue mentioned in other reviews where if I want to click on an item, when I go back to my search results I just see the same 10 items over and over. My app was last updated March 22 2022 and it does not offer any newer updates. It says this bug was fixed but I am still experiencing it.

I like the app however I often get a message that says "something's wrong". Also the "load more" option has not been loading more options lately. That's a more recent issue. Now it's not allowing me to open the app. It says to update but when I click on update, it still won't open. First time with this issue .

Terrible! Cant seem to get verified as a small business that works from home making personalised item. Explained how I don't have set prices for items as they all vary due to different specifications of personalisation..this isn't good enough and means that they cancel my orders. I have ordered from the trader before via her website but unable to via faire. Just keep getting the same response when I email that I need 30 days of sales shown on my platform, really disappointed I can't use service.

Seems like a brilliant concept and love the app. But Faire doesn't support small businesses. If you sell through Facebook, Insta, Etsy or any other third party your order will be cancelled with no reasons given. Just some lame link to FAQs. Then opened a website especially for this, and get told that isn't good enough either. Waste of time. Small businesses don't bother.

I love scrolling around this App! So many interesting and colourful shops. I haven't bought yet so can't review in that sense but I will definitely be buying product when I've decided what to buy! There so much to choose from, it's awesome but a nightmare at the same time haha!

Haven't been able to log into the app since downloading it. Tried several times, different days and different wifi and still no joy! Very frustrating!!!

This site has so much to offer, but there are a few big things in comparison to other wholesale sites that make ordering through Faire difficult. First after creating my profile to buy for my online store, they told me i couldn't purchase anything until I had more of an online presence. Well how am I suppose to create an online presence if I can't buy inventory? Then finally when I placed an order, its takes a lot longer for it to be accepted / processed compared to other wholesale sites

MUCH Better than Etsy! I am super excited and l9ve this company already. I hope Faire keeps its integrity, platform and purpose the same! Please don't start making unnecessary adjustments, or slight anything your doing now because its truly helpful and overall refreshing energy compared to these other platform that start getting too big and too greedy.

Not great, opened my account and had an email telling me to apply for OpenFaire, there was a mix up and I was refused, emailed them.....zero reply then had an email saying I was accepted went online, placed my order refused, emailed them to prove to them I had been selling since 2019 and again no reply! I'll be sticking to places that have a good customer service team as sellers we know how important it is to have a company you can communicate well with :-)

Bad experience! They do not advertise that you cannot buy or sell unless you have your resellers license. I did not find any African Americans as sellers on website. Per policy resellers was not required but today they updated it and change their policy after confronted them via email. I have bought wholesale with my LLC. Never been required to get resellers license. I feel discriminated against and believe they judge me not knowing my business is legit. Email communication bad. Never again

I wanted things from EVERY shop!!! I am so grateful for the $ offer for signing up. I will be shopping from here on out! Faire supports people and causes and I think that is so inspirational!

Frequent crashes. Frequent updates that don't seem to fix anything. The company is great to work with, the app...not so much.

The app is working horrible now...When I search and go through the page the same thing keep coming up......You guys should screen the sellers better. My experience with a few have been not very pleasant.

I'm having the same issue as the previous reviewer. When scrolling through it repeats the same items over and over. Otherwise I'm pretty happy but this issue is very annoying.

Lots of items but they aren't really wholesale prices for resale. Most shops sell their goods at the same price as they sell on Faire wholesale... So it's really pointless of your a business looking for stock.

I am a new boutique owner and stylist. Right away I was approved for $500 line-of-credit. Within about 4 or 5 weeks, I received an increase of another $2k line-of-credit! This has been great for my business! Hope to continue to use Faire for a long time!

Generally satisfied, weird glitches though... "somethings wrong" pops up constantly. Also I'm asked to update the app almost daily, which is nbd,just super frequent.

As a small online business we are always looking for new opportunities, Faire is awesome, it's easy to use, has an amazing array of suppliers. We cannot wait to boost our shop with Faire

App was awesome til just this afternoon. Now it wont let me open it without an update but its already the newest version/set to auto-update. Even uninstalled/reinstalled to be sure.

stalking my shop using Fair has made it extremely easy, I highly recommend. I do wish there was a overall minimum and not a minimum per shop but other than that it's fantastic.

Trying to get an account on ridiculous o have had an jnvite from one of my suppliers but the order got cancelled forever uploading my biz details and screen shots of Web site now in processing but still not sure of the account has been excepted save to say I'm ordering direct

As of today it tells me it needs an update but when I click there are no updates available. I can't even get into my acct to track orders I have on the way.

Ordering process is easy. The vendors that I have chosen are absolutely awesome! Great communication!

What an awesome, awesome concept! Absolutely love it! For entrepreneurs great and small!

It won't let me open the app I have uninstalled it and re downloaded it a few times and still not working I keep getting a message to update the app 🙃
