Useless. Website intentionally not functional to make you install the app. App requires you to change your password in order to function. No matter what you enter for your new password (twice) it says "passwords do not match". Even when you copy and paste the same thing into both fields. Unusable app. Delete it.
Works fine if you have an existing online account. It can pull up your paper bill if necessary. Docked one star because it jumps to their website too much for info.
Terrible! Doesn't communicate with online account. It forces me to reset my password but gives error. Uninstalling now.
APP is horrible. I have been trying for over 20mins to pay my bill but it won't load. Website is having issues as well.
Your website backend is such garbage. While the UI is nice, your database backend is sluggish to the point of utter incompetence.

This app requested way more permissions than required to pay a few bills. When I denied those permissions, the app wouldn't download to my phone. I believe I'll just continue to use the website.

Just when you think Fairfax Water can't get any worse, they find a way to be less convenient and frustrating!
It keeps saying the system under maintenance and no support !
I can log in but it will not take my payment.
Update: The work around was to register on their website then login on the phone app. I haven't used it yet, but hoping this makes payments simple. Original Review: After the long process of registering it just crashes every time. I hope it will work because this is the only bill I can't autopay!
Didn't work when I first installed it a month or 2 ago. Still doesn't work now after reinstalling!

This has been needed looooong ago.
Everytime you try to logon you will get a message saying that the application is unavailable . As bad as Fairfax Water website (that doesn't tell you how much you owe them) ,
I can never make a payment through the app, had to hop on the website and it goes through immediately. That makes this app rather pointless after all. Tried the same card for both, I know for sure it was not mistyped. Last billing cycle I tried all my cards on the app to no avail, hop online and it works the first time. LG V35 by the way, not an ancient phone...
