Sometimes Up, Other Times Down. Not always dependable which is disappointing. I don't want to be stuck because my balance doesn't reflect properly. Nor do I want to discover that I can't top up. Any updates ought to be thoroughly tested not this experimental approach. Remember that we have a choice of providers!

love the facility but be warned, when i ordered my card i paid with a credit card... not thinking it would be treated as a cash transaction. i suggested to fairfx it might be a good idea to advertise this before payment, they declined, pretty much saying it was my agreement with the credit card company and nothing to do with them. I'd agree... but it's free to warn your customers and that would be great customer service 😁

despite uploading to the newest version I am unable to access into my buy and hold account which was available on the old web page which took you to the three account currency/Intl Transfer / travel and you just had to select one of the three simple! on this new version when I select Intl. Transfer all i can get is beneficiary and nothing related to my buy and hold . my view a total waste and resulted in backward movement.

Very poor app. Type the wrong email or password in it doesn't even tells you. The button just does nothing Finally got in and selected "ask a question" and again the button did nothing. Does that mean there isn't an answer? Or the feature isn't working? This is simple basic primary school coding. Not sure I'm happy having you look after my money if this is the level of IT competence you have

Simple way of getting Euros when overseas. Get great rates, notifications thereof, top up through year, use as debit card or withdraw local currency. No messing about with ordering or collecting from a shop. Highly recommended this to anyone.

Unacceptable. After a fraudulent withdrawal, I found out there is no free number to report the problem (it cost me £8.00 to phone them and report the problem). After phoning them, I was told I would be contacted the next day. no one did. I had to repeat the same facts on three different occasions to three different people. The card was cancelled whilst abroad, with no procedure in place to either get a replacement whilst abroad or for a way to withdraw the cash on the card.

What's happened? Since software update the app has been REALLY slow! And a further update has made it worse! Now the rates page won't load at all! I've tried on data and Wi-Fi.

I spend a lot of time in Cyprus so having a pre loaded currency card means not having to travel with large sums of cash. Topping up my balance is simple and quick and transactions appear on the (in app) statement almost immediately. So far it's been a very positive experience.

Very secure and very useful when abroad. Also the FairFx team are quick to respond to any issues. Been using their service now for more than 10 years across dozens of countries and only one ATM ever would it not work on (notoriously bad one in NE Cambodia).

Really easy to top up and the rates are competitive. As you spend money you easily top up the card wherever you have internet access meaning you don't have too much on the card that you end up not spending. There is a small charge for drawing out cash but we mostly used the card to pay for things.

Needs paging on statements! I've used my Anywhere card a lot and the the amount of transactions renders the statement functionality unusable due to performance issues. Need to paginate those transactions! Other than that, the app is fine.

Sometimes good other times rubbish. Keep getting messages that there is no internet connection or unable to connect. Can be very frustrating when trying to check balance or add cash to my card.

Clunky and outdated interface but new work on Equals Go app is much better. Also, with recent 2FA, need to enable paste in the code field to make it less irritating. Now locking out constantly.

It's a neat little app, which is surprisingly easy to use. Balance is there from the start and top-up is easy. I prefer FairFX to the new name.

Good service, good app. Makes it easier to buy and pay in overseas currency. Can top up when exchange rates are favourable and safer than carrying cash. No bank or ATM fees either.

Why do I keep getting errors that there's no internet connection when everything else on my phone works fine? Good app when you can get in, but pretty useless when it won't connect.

Totally useless app. Someone has changed my previous review from 1 to 5 stars...... Not happy..... Nothing wrong with the new card, great idea and working well. App won't work (again) on my Samsung A10 despite uploading the new 1.5.4 version as advised by their IT people...... GET IT FIXED

"Please wait while we connect" - and its just never does recently...had no problem with it a few months ago, got my new card and wanted to activate but it seems can't do it in the app just on your website that is still good just not as conveinent.

Since the update I can not sign in! I enter my e mail address and password, press sign in and the screen freezes! I can not enter the initial 'equals' code.

Easy to use, reasonable rates. With latest update runs extremely slowly. As at 15/03/20 - useless cannot now log in, and they do not appear to want to answer. At 19/05/20 app useless can not even log in. Seriously considering going elsewhere.

This is a really useful app in that it makes it very simple to top up my currency card any where, at any time, so long as there's a mobile signal.

Terrible app. Full of bugs. Continually logs out and fails to complete transfers. Total waste of time. Avoid.

There is nowhere to enter the code? Why have things changed, gov'nt interference, fingerprint sign in was secure with no probs. I now cannot access my account with new upgrade!

App is a really convenient and user-friendly way to manage currency cards and also make transfers abroad. And you get good forex rates...

Works really well. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the app stopped using my biometrics, then it started again. It doesn't seem obvious how to select biometrics to log in.

I was unable to access my account properly after the recent update. I uninstalled the app and then reinstated it and it now seems to work fine.
