When it works, it's great but lately the app keeps wanting me to verify my account. Just about every other sign in it wants to send a code to my phone or email n all that garbage. I've done it a few times but now it's getting ridiculous. Needs fixed for Note 10+
Since the latest update my app will not work. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Still no luck. This is a really big inconvenience to me since I use the edeposit feature a lot! HELP PLEASE!
Best banking app ever. Can easily transfer money from each account online bill pay has been recently uodated so now you can add your payee. Just one issues thay are having troubles gettingvthe check imaging software fixed.
the app will not let me log on, despite the fact that I'm using the correct username and password. It will almost load and then take me back to the title screen. It needs some sort of patch or installment ASAP!
This app is not compatible with my device. I have an HP laptop with MS Edge and Windows 10. I cannot install this app. I would like to use online banking, however I cannot. I cannot use it on my Samsung phone either. I have a Samsung 9 phone. I would have to DOWNGRADE my equipment. Thanks a lot.

I have been with Fairmont Federal Credit since I was 16 or 17 years old. I've never had any issues. And the people working there are so nice and great to me!
doesn't let me log in at times , and the security questions it ask r not the ones I have chooses for mine.
No point in having a banking app if its constantly down or in maintance

FFCU changes the App every six months or so and it doesn't get any better.
Worked for a few days and then quit.
Every time I log in, I have to go through all my security questions. because it will not remember my phone, very irritating.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app at least 6 times in the past two days. All it does is show me the home page with the company logo and version ID. Every member of this credit union needs this app to work properly and give us all access to our accounts. Fix the app or scrap it and make one that does work.
