Convenience? QRcode takes too long to generate each time. Scanning of QRcode should be made easy, with huge button at the bottom of the screen instead hiding at small corner obscured by huge ads space! POS at store needs to use handheld instead of normal machine scan. Payment default is set and yet after scan, always prompt to change again, why? Not able to set default to GooglePay, keep switching back to pay 'Cash/Card at Payment counter' Not easy to use at all, takes too much time at Q
Cant even link up my link points as mention. From the help option. It mention Open the FairPrice app. Tap user icon on top-left of screen. Under “Membership”, select Link. Tap Connect. Which the connect button not even exist !! Been trying so many time and the only option is to tap apply for new card! What is this??? One of the worst app!
Have to save products I intend to purchase on instore n online separately which is troublesome and wast of time. Suggestion for you! Save the products, then customer decides on whether to purchase online or instore. I understand that not all stores carry everything. Also shud get rid of gps when saving the product list. As a member I don't really get to use the membership to its full potential. I end up buying groceries at giant n sheng siong, in total more than 500 monthly.
Don't waste time on this app. Downloaded this app as the staff recommended to use this for points, upon download was offered $10 first purchase dicount, which can't be used. Since i wasted like 2 hrs trying to figure out what to buy to qualify for the $10, i just went ahead to buy the things without the $10 discount. The iten was only delivered 2 days later and the items (bread) that i was really looking forward to receive was removed without any notifications and so i had to make my way to get.
Terrible. Totally no service at all. Item was scheduled and we choose the date and time. Until now al.ost a week. Item was not received. No updates. No customer service called and update. Email took many days. Reply doesn't help at all too. Worst. Don't even deserve 1 star.
It is generally quite good except difficult to locate items I wanted to place order. Often confronte with the reply could not find the match. Have to search many times or retype the item I wanted. Waste alot of time to place order.
Groceries came but with missing items. They sent 'updated' order cos they're missing items only after delivery was made. But still got some items missing. Is fresh meat which they said can only be delivered at a later timing which i already chose in the first place. Voiced out but was offered a refund instead of replacement hello im stuck at home thats why I ordered for delivery of groceries not refunds when they cant serve. Give equivalents.
Convenient and easy to use but items are always OOS and may be difficult to get a slot. The app no longer allows to add items to list even after i clicked a few times.
Not able to login. The redirect causes the app to jump back to main page. (Updated 25 May 2022). Updated to 5* after the support team has resolved my issue. Thank you
The SingPass verification is down, as "Page not found". Quite surprised to see this failed so spectacularly. You guys should not make SMS broadcast to urge users to install your app when app are not ready.
Flooded with ads. This is s very useful and yet highly frustrating app. I don't understand why you would put ads when I click scan and go. The whole concept of ad is to attract people but I am already in the store and shopping in your premises. I can see you know. Please get rid of ads. Today it just stopped working its going in an infinite loop of store selection not opening scan and go. What a horrible day. Can you please fix this and stop giving app development orders to idiot firms.
Dumb. Get an interesting alert, click on it go to the app to see more details, and it takes u to unrelated stuff. Irritating. Another dumb organisation that doesn't test if its systems are working as they should. Like the posb app
There was a reward if you will spend a certain amount.. and so we did. The reward was even listed in the list of deliverable items but when it was about to get delivered, the Reward suddenly was taken out of the list and says not available anymore. How can you encourage people to spend and to keep adding certain items to the list for a promised reward and then taking out the reward afterwards. I feel cheated!
Can't link to my existing NTUC Plus! card. Can't verify with SingPass. Hate to give 1 star but this app is 100% useless to me due to the bugs. More testing is needed by the dev/product team.
Disappointing... The Pay with App function is constantly not working, nothing happen after scanning... end up paying with other mode of payment and not getting any linkpoints cause its supposed to be digital right...
I recently donated to SPCA via the app. N when I open the app and try to order delivery. I am auto directed to the donate to SPCA page. No choice to go to the normal delivery page. Very frustrating.
So far so good with the app buy can you implement security (fingerprint or pin) when making payment? It's dangerous if I loss my phone. Thanks.
Everytime of their update, there will be new problem. For this round, I can't make payment. I am sure my card is fine.
At first fairprice delivery was accurate, but, nowadays they are not delivering within the time that they say they will deliver. When you call to check they will arrange next day delivery. Very bad experience for me with their delivery, and this is not the first time they did this
Need to have more optional payment modes like paynow or paylah as will benefits those who don't like to use credit or debit cards & for senior citizen who still use atm cards to pay for their groceries
Was using the qr code scan to let cashier scan. After update app the app name is MYNTUC which doesnt allow me to log in. No account found. Called customer service and was told to use the blue color ntuc app to log in for plus card member. Tried it n still no record found. So now cannot use qr code feature to earn points. Customer service say receive many call about this but i was told to use blue app. Still no use. Please roll back yr app.
Unreliable app payments. I have frequent unsuccessful attempts to pay using the app. Both scanners at the self checkout stations will not detect the QR code on my phone. The JEM outlet is among one of the worst when everytime I was there, i will not be able to make payments using the app.
Whilst the app in itself serves the purpose and functions pretty ok .... it's unfortunate that Fairprice is unable to have the appropriate support structure in place for the online shoppers unlike Redmart. if for any reasons there's a problem with your order, do expect not to to be able to contact the customer service team in a timely manner...
The app has improved EXCEPT 1. Customer Service lacks. No response regarding missing frozen items and then suddenly 1 week later, dropped off on my door step. 2. Refunds take sooo long! And no conclusive dates. 3. Wrong deduction of amount/charges! Over-charged!!
Unable to make payment with app since 8 April, when the app was updated on Google Playstore. Can only purchase through redemption of Link/reward points. Had reported to Fairprice. No reply so far.
Feedback within app does not work, unable to attach any file. Several times qr code scanning failed as well Also faced other issue like on 4.4 date promo with dbs credit card for groceries, when scanned qr code in store at the qiosk for payment, was tagged as online payment instead of in-store that disqualified the payment
Using the app to pay in store is convinient with NTUC member details automatically linked without having had to scan for NTUC member card. However, currently only credit/debit card payment mode is allowed. Please enable FairPrice gift card payment mode.
Quite easy to use. But items are often out of stock. Worse is that stock is actually available physically in store when i visit in person. It feels as though you do not want me to use this app to order. So i have to order from your competitors instead. Also don't like it when items get auto removed from cart if out of stock. Makes me have to re-add the same removed items next time which is a hassle and i may not remember all the removed items.
