The app is very helpful for our members. However, sometimes the push notifications from messages don't come through, den though they are turned on.
Well, needs help with placing newest text on top instead of burying in the thread. Dont always get notified when people text ( not even every day) i thought it was a push notify?
I see great potential in this app and Faithlife as a whole, but it just isn't quite there yet. The app is extremely slow even with good WiFi or network connection and sometimes doesn't load at all. It could be a little more user-friendly and more precise with its editorial capabilities. I appreciate the work put into it thus far by the developers but I will say it has a ways to go before it is Facebook quality. Keep up the good work as I'm eager to see the improvements. God bless.
I love how Legacy Church of Downey (SoCal) utilize the features. Three of the best are the giving, sermons, and groups! I encourage all of our members and attendees to participate!
Menu could be made more obvious for ease of locating things. Love all the options available!
Hi Developer, I joined since April and we have being testing the app, before adding our church members. But we have a problem with opening pictures we receive cause they are crashing and closing the app everytime. We try to open them. I thought the issue was fixed since back then but it's still here. Please fix that tiny little bug so that we can use it.😁😅
All praises to God for this wonderful application. It is easy to use and convenient. I just have one concern though, I am the admin of our church website but when I use the app, i cannot view those pages which I marked as private (only for members, admin, mod). I would appreciate your feedback on this concern.
When I start to write a note and then want to reword it won't erase, and I end up with giberish.
Without a doubt it is slow. If they can fix the speed then it would be five stars for me. And I have fiber and I run multiple programs so it is not on my end. Blessings :-)
Great app for helping Church menber to stay connected and informed. But, not able to view Church's Website. It come up saying not secure, even though the Church site is secured. That's the only problem so far. Hope this could be fixed or checked into. Great 👍 app.

It has a tendency to freeze up. I have to restart my phone to continue.
1st... Dark mode. Next: the initial rush of communications from all the people in every department at once is overwhelming. I almost canceled my service. This should be metered according to the pace the new subscriber and/or their customer service advocate are working to prevent creating more strain for already overworked pastors. I had to cut everyone off and just do it myself which pretty much negates the value of the service. The only reason I stayed is the software value.
Love that this app connects with the Logos app so you can share reading plans with small groups. However, the app could use some more updating so that it is more like an app and less like a webpage when it connects from Logos to Faithlife.
Can't provide feedback in the app, it fails everytime (Samsung S20). Notification settings should be separate for replies and affirms. I don't want a notification for every affirm but I do for replies. Also please allow for dark theme, this is killing my eyes. Thanks.

Faithlife has done a lot to get people connected during the lockdown time and help churches to continue their ministry. The App might bot be flawless but the developers and their team can't be flawed on their effort to produce a great product. Thank you Faithlife.
The app has me stuck on a non-active church and won't let me change it. Some of the chit chat content of my faithlife group stuff is easier than trough the website, so for that I give 2 extra stars.
I am in a group where I don't want to be but when I click to leave group it said "failed - there was an error." This is frustrating - please help.
My church set up an account for me. I didn't know the password. So...I reset it through email. Took me right to my church bulletin. The sermon notes are there..
When I try to create an account, after I set a password and select "CREATE" I get a message that there was a problem creating the account, but doesn't say what the problem is.
Slow loading. Nav., more user friendly , more user options to customize
This has been a great app for our house church.
The app is good. It often struggles or fails to connect to content or download bulletins from groups.
I love the fact that we can keep each other in the loop without all the Facebook hoopla. Faithlife is a fantastic tool.
It will not allow me to create an account. It keep saying something wrong with my email or password. I give a 👎🏽
This is an amazing app for church life. I highly recommend every pastor and church leader seriously consider utilizing this resource!

Would be great if this had a dark mode. It would be easier on my eyes in the dark.
I like this app but it isn't the easiest to figure out. Also I get the notification bubble that I can't seem to clear down to zero. But besides that, it is very helpful in getting messages to the whole parish or to a certain group. Customer service is very helpful and courteous.
