Fajita Pete’s

App locks up almost every time it's launched. When it works, it's quite functional and thoughtfully designed. Unfortunately, locking up 95% of the time at launch is a deal breaker for me. Update - Dec-2021 App is now stable and am able to use it consistently without issue. Very pleased now.

Difficult to understand choices and the back button isn't in a good spot. Too easy to hit phone back and exit the app and lose your whole order you have put in.

User Interface is simple and the process of moving through the app is easy as well. The only issue was when logging in it would keep bringing back to the play store if I selected a pre saved email in the email address tab. So small bug but it worked fine when I typed it out. Overall really good app and the food makes it worth it!

Great interface, intuitive and fast.

It was okay. I did leave the cart to add something I forgot and it made mexstart over. Thus the one star off.

We love Fajita Pete's, and now the new app makes it even easier. All the options are clear and easy to add. Thanks for updating!

Works fine. Hate that you have to input your promo codes and then select which to use(if you have any) for an order. It's also annoying to access your order history(important when you dont always get a confirmation email).

Pay your developers more money! The app is garbage. Doesn't apply coupons and errors out when going to checkout. Figuring out how to navigate back to the menu was a chore too. How is this hard? There's 100s of restaurant apps that function well. Take inspiration from them. Oh, also it complained about special characters in my password when signing up. Really????

I wish there was options to pay with a gift card. I also wish there were options to make your order more personalized, on the website you used to be able to take items away, such as onions, jalapeños, etc., but there's no option for this on the app.

So cumbersome to use! I've spent a half hour trying to get it to accept my payment info. Won't let you go back and edit a payment to correct the amount. I entered my gift card and credit card numbers 8 times, and it still didn't like it. Maybe the update will fix this. I'm not going through this again.

Wish when ya select something and it just spins, it would tell ya instead what went wrong/how to remedy issue. When selecting wutchu want, wish could edit beans type or tortilla type, but can't on family deal. On margarita, when select mix, doesn't give option what flavors you'd like to mix and there are 3 flavors, what if I'd like only 2. Still needs work

Horrible user experience. No way to customize. If you accidentally use the back button on your phone and not the app, your entire order is lost

Really easy to use and navigate. Super fast as well! Email confirmation sent within mins giving details of time and whatnot!

Can be better... If it was able to store your credit card info for easy repeat orders, and also have order tracking... Then it would be as good as others.

App is good pretty easy to use but if close your screen or leave out of the app for any reason and you have an order on standby the whole order disappear

Easy to navigate the app. Awesome food and service. Tried 3 days ago for first time. Have had it everyday since.

Seems like the app could be simplified more or something. I'm not sure what it is, but it still seems a little "clunky" in my opinion

It's a pretty good app. once you get set up. Signing up is the hardest part because of the way they have it. At least it was for me. I found it, too touchy.

Very quick and easy to use! I am not an app orderer and found this to be a pleasingly great experience.

Love the food ( for a delivery fajita lol) and they are always fast. I love that i earn points towards free food. Its a must for a fajita delivery fix lol

It took 10 tries to change the expiration month. The screen would not change..

Sometimes it glitches and you have to do things twice but otherwise it works well.

It's missing the ability to customize your order.. example "no beans in burrito"

Great app, but no where yet for me to enter my code at checkout for my discount coupon, or Free Lg Queso.

Best app to order Fajitas. Very use friendly. Love the food!
