This is the first music tracker for mobile that I find (and it may be the only one). It allows to do everything that you would expect like waveform, effects, filters... As for any tracker, it takes some learning if you have never used one before. The help section is useful but quite short. I would probably recommend having an understanding of the general principles of music trackers (which can be learned from other resources). All in all, it's a great app that is worth having.

I really wanted a C64 synth I can use on the fly, and this is literally perfect. For being free, this program is beautiful. The only bad things about it are my own personal issues with touchscreen (I like mouse and keyboard much better), but that's just me. Emulation is a bit off, but I like it. Combining a triangle wave and a pulse with a modulating pulse width creates a much different sound than on the actual SID, but I like this program's sound more because you can do more with it. 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic chip tracker. Great for anyone, whether you're familiar with trackers or new to the chip tracker scene and wanting to experiment. UI was clearly developed with a mobile interface in mind for ease of use and creative flow. ##### Only gripe is that there's no way to import instruments - .ci, .xi, sid, wav, mp3, anything. The instrument creater here is cumbersome, and being able to use another tracker to create instruments and then import/edit them would make this app perfect.

This is one of the best music tracker apps for mobile! My reasons are as follows; 1: Good for begginers. 2: Has portrait view, good for smartphone users (please add landscape view option for tablets and chromebooks). 3: Isn't as complicated as other music trackers (for mobile, and in general. May god bless this man Edit: You should make a version of this app that simulates the NES sound chip!

Fantastic compact tracker with comprehensive interface past the initial learning curve. Don't be fooled by the <4 stars, that's from people that either don't know what a tracker is or haven't put a minimum effort in. You can learn most functions by playing with the demos but the online manual at github is both succinct and complete. The only functions I miss is some way at the instrument/effect edit screen to play a note to hear the changes. Import/export of instruments would also be useful.

I really had to let go of my preconceived ideas on sequencers and think in terms of programming a 3 voice sound chip. I think the revelation hit when I realised you could switch instruments on a single voice, in a single sequence, as composers did on real hardware to get the most out of the chip. It helped that I already knew a little about the SID, its spec and how composers used it. It might benefit from a structured tutorial, rather descriptions of the various components.

Very nice. The long press could be longer, I quite often do a long press when I mean to do a short one. Setting default pattern length for a song would be nice too, and the ability to record the app with a screen recorder. The sid emulation is not super accurate, but sounds good anyway. The best app to kill time while on train or bus.

Just downloaded, haven't a clue how to use it, looks hard! I know how to program sequencers ect .. I'm a musician/producer but I get the feeling this is going to be completely different to what I know. I'm a bit scared of it at the moment, that said, the small amount of tinkering iv managed to do, brought back so many memories from my childhood. Based on first impressions & gut feeling, I know this is going to be a fun app. Would love to incorporate the sounds created in my work in the future.

Very enjoyable, very fun! Sounds great, has all the SID functionality and then some. But the main thing it sorely needs is the ability to export .sid files... That would be amazing. I hope this app hasn't been given up on. There needs to be more legit chiptune trackers designed for smartphones like this!

Absolutely Impressive 💎 Sounds Incredible 🎶 there's just a bit of a learning curve, really a mountain 🏔️ just going to have to relearn production and composing ,🎓 An introductory tutorial would be a godsend. A customizable interface would be much appreciated.

I opened the app but it only showed a black screen. When I tap somewhere at the top, the typing pad shows up and whenever I tap the return button, it doesn't close the app. I'm currently using a MyPhone and has a 5.1 Android version. I waited thinking it'll fully load after but it took like 15 seconds and still black :(

Absolutely amazing app. It has a bit of a steep learning curve, but after playing around with it for a while it's fantastic to use. It would be cool to be able to export songs as Commadore 64 files though

I would give 5 stars if I could figure out how the filter works. I have read the tutorial and the manual. The problem is that when I am trying to add a filter to another instrument it interferes with the filter of the other which seems to cut out and then back in. Is there a way to get around this problem?

it's not c64, but more fun in many ways. emus are tuff on smaller screens and goat tracker is not an option on this os. once you wrap your head around the ui, it's becoming lot of fun really fast.

I now unironically declare making music in 6502 asm in a hex editor is easier or at least more predictable. The interface is really buggy and vague, and the pulse widths are very limited. But hey, at least you can recreate NES music as heard in Nesticle 0.20.

Love it! I bit tricky to pick up on, but that's on me for not looking up any guides. The demo music was actually super helpful in learning how everything works.

I love this app, but I dont understand it, its confusing to learn and theres no documentation on it at all, your stuck with the demo songs and you have to learn of them. overall thought great app.

It is really nice, love this app, works great, good layout, only thing missing is export to c64 prg file, but other than that it's great! Thank you for writing this app, hope you write more, you seem to be qualified as a programmer.

this sounds amazing! i wish i could just use it as a sound module. I'd give it 5-stars if you implemented usb-midi and Ableton link. I'd be happy to pay for those features in a pro version.

The jam keyboard is excellent! 8 octaves on a single screen. Let others learn. Multi touch is not working and no 'exit app' button.

Max. H. Dec 22, 2019

I followed an entire demo and made a song, saving throughout the way. When I closed the app and reopened it, the song disappeared. One star from me.

This is one of the best sounding and comprehensive chiptune sequencer. Have figured out some bits of it but would love it if you could make a few demos ! :)

This app is soooo AWESOME. The first SID composer for Android and already features many of the parameters. I'm loving it :) I wouldsuggest if it were possible to implement tracker-like editing score/patterns (like in Sunvox) and to add resonance edit and such, but do far it's veeery good.

What a great SID emulator, sequencer, fx, synth type thing. Love jam. Would love more ability to alter fx and parameters whilst in jam. Still 5 stars.
