Falcon Bank Mobile Money

this is the worse app I have ever used, have to uninstall and reinstall every time you want to use it. so 5 or 6 times a day is ridiculous. Bank says its android phones that are having the problems, but it worked for 2 years with no problems, then all of the sudden one day it just quit. this is messed up big time.

need to fix!! lately, it stays on "loading" and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times..annoying! please fix asap!!

Terrible, won't let me log in. Said username and password is incorrect but I know I'm using the right one. Tried resetting password and it doesn't let me. Worst bank ever!!

I have a note 8 and it won't get past the login status. Please fix

used to work, but hasn't been loading or letting me login in and gives me error messages.

This app keeps freezing when u first log on.

I have to say after being a customer of this bank over a year they are all but completely inept. There are a couple employees that actually try but they are the exception. This app, however, is actually quite good. The look, feel, and functionality is superb. Even the ach features are seamlessly functional.

I love the app because its very helpful but it takes forever to log me in. Sometimes when I'm in a rush and I need to check something real quick it always takes 3-5 min to finally log me in.
