The device is great...the app, well it's pretty bad. If I boot it up, let the camera connect, then click it, the image will be stuck loading until I back out to the main screen and try opening the camera again. Then it works very well. If I lock my phone, the entire app becomes unusable. Completely freezes up. I need to go into my Apps settings list and Force Close it. Just clearing it from recently used doesn't do the trick.

Unusable - I'm able to connect the cam to the app successfully. I've setup FTP Service to store my recordings and pictures. I am also alerted when the cam captures activity. but I cannot open the camera to view it. The thumbnail in the app shows a fairly current snapshot. but when I click on the thumbnail to open the camera it just spins and spins and never opens. I don't understand, this app used to work perfectly! Samsung S9+

Love the cameras and the app is fine I guess. Took me a little while to figure out that motion sensor settings are stored in 'Alarms'. Also, the camera movement is quite unresponsive - the screen gives you little feedback to know you've done anything. You just swipe multiple times and eventually the camera moves.

Camera has been working fine for the last year and a half. This week the picture is black in night mode and we can not make out anything no matter what we set the brightness or contrast to manually. Also when we reset to factory default it is still a dark blob. The app says that there is an update yet it can not be downloaded from anywhere. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but it is still the same.

Great price . I have a samsung note 8. Overall great view. But I had to change my settings to 2.4 to connect. The only problem im having is. It takes to long connecting. I have 2 cameras different brands. My other camera there's no wait time. Click on the app. It's right there in view. This camera I'll click on app. Its connecting and at times I'll have to wait. But I rate both cameras the same. This one has more features. Overall if I going to but another camera. I'll buy this same one.

Good camera/Bad OS. Camera sets up easy w/ good visibility (not for monit. outside thro windows), you cannot change the username & password for personal security. Certain memory cards dont work w/ certain cams. App is not very good at all, it locks up constantly (must force stop to reset.) Alerts can be caused by blowing leaves and or movement of shadows, this causes an excessive amount of notifications you end up disabling "Alarm mode" Oddest thing is all the support email add. are non working

Motion sensitivity is way too high, even when set on Low. App definitely needs some Dev tweaking. Email alerts don't work. It doesn't take a pic at the time of a motion alarm either. Only still pics i have are the ones i took manually. However i do get a recording, sometimes. My neighbors have been moving in so there's been a lot of traffic in front of my camera the last few days. No alarms. As i write this, 6 notifications from headlights from a road it's not pointing at.

Don't like the l,r & u,d buttons. I think they should have their own buttons; takes too long in movement. Recording should be continuous (not only 15 min); there should be a silent alarm notification(text) for motion. Alarm should be controlled by owner to notify intruder. When I was testing, alarm is pretty loud. When trying to be conspicuous, alarm doesn't help for picking up every motion.

Always shuts down, always freezes, never can access video when needed. Recently it has stopped working all together. Don't buy this camera. Get a nest as it will be mote reliable. Can't wait to throw this one in the trash and delete the app.

The app's Android version forces you to click and hold EVERY SINGLE alarm notification to delete. Whereas, OS allows select all. This is maddening especially with intial setup and testing of camera alarm sensitivity. I'm on the latest Samsung so there's no reason to not have functionality. Also, the alarms produce no pix, vids, or emails only a phone notification. With no recording, what good is the app or the cameras? #annoying #useless #returning Check app reviews b4 you buy product.

App crashes my phone on occasion gives multiple faltering alarms and goes off line way too oftee the pc software is much better and the only reason the cameras have not been returned y'all need to do better now, since this last review the app isn't working properly at all. It will only show one of the three cameras I have. I understand you've updated your cameras and software, but I haven't. Unless these older cameras can be put on the cloud, I seem to be sol!!

Works very well with my indoor wifi security camera, I've been using the app for over a year or more and have no issues or complaints. You can control your home camera from anywhere. I can keep tabs on my mischievous pets & make sure nobody's broken in before even being home, change my password through the app, allow other family members to check the camera also. There's no ads or popups either thankfully, that's a big deal for me, I hope it never changes. Thanks so much!

Faleemi must Improve App Options! The motion detector doesn't alert me. There isn't a human being to talk to over the phone in customer support. From a marketing stand point, this camera could be an exceptional product if Faleemi would work on some of the issues mentioned by the customers.

This has been a total nightmare! The camera works okay, but if you want to receive any kind of notifications or emails for alarm alerts forget it! If you try to contact customer service all you get is a run around with example videos to follow.... and the email alerts still don't work.. spend some money and go with different company. unfortunately I ordered a second camera.... so now I'll have two cameras I can't get alerts on.. so sorry I purchased this.

One of my camera dont work at night but perfect in the day and none of them continually records .This camera only records 15mins. the most. online fine, camera one great but not what I was expecting. I was expecting a continuous videoing of cameras I delete when memory is full.

I bought a faleemi camera. I have an android phone. Sometimes the camera will work and sometimes it wont. I'm frustrated with this system. I have unlimited wifi on my phone. My home has unlimited wifi from AT&T. I shouldn't have to try/keep reconnecting or reconfiguring the setup everytime I want to use this app. I got this camera to check in on my dogs when I was away from the house. Anybody else have these issues?

great picture and price but app glitchy. i have to close app and reopen to look again 😣 or sometimes says online but just comes up black and have to restart app. which is frustrating when used as baby monitor sometimes i continually keep checking. please fix 😊

It works, but have to shut down the app and restart it whenever I want to view the live camera. Same as when clicking on the push notifications... have to shut down and restart the app.

never is on line have tried everything it goes from connecting to off line everytime you try to look and my wifi is always on the couple times it does come on works good owned it 3 months worked for a total time of 1 1/2 weeks pay more get one that works I will be doing it

Hi, after I finally figured out how to use these cameras correctly I'm talking about all the many various different ways, you can use these cameras actually work great. And I most definitely would push, to tell people to purchase them. (("" That's how damm well "")) ( They. Work ! ) So go out there and buy some of these Faleemi - Camera's

Great little camera came in yesterday had it set up in less thin 15 min good pictures and night vision great. I have it set up at the barn to watch my goats that ready for delivery. Just with their was links to share so other can watch. But great camera over all.

Great price. Slightly fiddly setup. Only connected to 2.4Ghz. Once connected great to keep an eye on pets, kids etc. Definitely recommend it.

I've had this camera 2 or 3 years and it works less and less. Most of the time when I pull up the camera on the app it just stays on the loading screen.

It took too long to get it working, would be much easier if the eternet cord was included. 45 minutes and it's finally working.

This app and these cameras were awesome, but lately it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to keep them online. OMG what happened? I have 6 cameras and they will not stay connected. This started a few weeks ago

Needs a quicker way to turn away alarm on and off..What is the deal with it lagging and freezing when watching live? its a shame because the camera is great but software is horrible.....switch to 60hz..thanks for getting back to me...NOT..... I figured it out on my own...bad customer service will ruin a company

Works but once set you can't sort the cameras, you have to delete and re-enter each in the order you need. Basic...!!!

Great cameras & greatly improved app. These cameras are very EZ to set up & customer srvce is great if you have any issues. They truly go the extra mile.

Only record 5 seconds clip on the initial motion detection. The hardware is good, the software is useless.

When I first got this camera it worked great. Now it wont work with my daughters iPhone. With my Android it takes forever to pull up the picture and the camera wont move with the commands from my phone.
