2. Immediate Alert: The app then automatically sends notifications with the wearer’s GPS location to the nominated caregivers without the need for manual intervention based on workflows of escalation.
3. Reassurance for Everyone: All caregivers are sent updates of the progress, keeping everyone informed and reassured.
4. Real-Time Data: Included in the user’s subscription is access to real-time data for all related medical episodes. The user can also choose to give access to his or her doctor, so that their medical data can be reviewed securely, online.

With the Fall Alert - My Medic Watch app subscriptions, the wearer has his/her smartwatch app running and benefits from being monitored all the time with automatic fall detection. These app subscriptions include automatic medical event app notifications to the patient and to the caregivers.

- Payment will be charged to the Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current month
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current month, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play Account Settings after purchase

Hardly worked, always had trouble connecting to my watch. 90% of the time I have to set it off manually bit hard with epilepsy, but the seizure app is even worse. Don't want to renew my subscription and want a refund for the past 6+ weeks it hasn't been working.
I didn't get a whole 5 hours of monitoring with this app and uninstalled before my family members even had an opportunity to upload the service. I have a Samsung Galaxy 2 and wanted to avoid an upgrade to a new watch just to have a fall monitor. Perhaps the app works better with a different type of watch. I had one other app running at the same time the monitor was functioning and my watch sent multiple battery drain notices all for Fall Alert.
$400 a year.... 2nd edit after developer *called my phone* from an Australian number and left me a voicemail, and said they will send me n email. Very invasive because I think their $400 a year premium service is ridiculous. Edit after dev comment: I only clicked on premium, and it is something like $380 something a year. I saw that and immediately uninstalled. Please don't try and deny your pricing schedule.
Hardware- - Galaxy Flip Phone Galaxy Watch - 3 This is one excellent application that does everything it says it would. My hat is off to the developer Cant wait for the software upgrade where app not not need phone and just runs on watch alone as it says in ref. guide the you get the five stars. Keep up the excellent work
Such a great idea. I found it too problematic to explain to my father as 3 devices required for operation. Independent operation from watch to carer desirable as phone needs to remain tethered by Bluetooth.
It was working a lot better, but a recent update to my phone and watch has left the app unusable as it will not monitor the falls. I'd like a refund too.
You charged me for the app 2 months after I tryed to download it. And it wouldn't work deleted it and out of the blue 2 months later get a charge to my debit for the $7.95 what kind of shabby business is this I don't have the app that you wouldn't let work when I tryed to get it and you going to charge me 2 months later! Not happy 😡.filed complaint with Google.
I have requested by text and email to cancel trial and app. I have no use for this and keep getting calls. I do not have smart watch and Do Not need this app. Now that it us UNINSTALLED I can't request on GOOGLE PLAY APP TO CANCEL MEDIC WATCH PRE-TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION. Thank you.
It never worked and I have been paying 7 bucks a month for nothing!!! I have canceled, unsubscribed,, Uninstalled, multiple times..yet you keep taking my money!!!!!!
Very first day, app thinks I felt every time I move and keeps telling me to add carers over and over all day long. Not useful it all. And no option for 911.
Flattened my watch battery totally in 5 hours. Extremely bad usage ratings there.
$7.00 per month after a 30 day trial? No thanks! Uninstalling now.

This is a good app and customer service is excellent. It was a little tricky getting all the settings right, but customer service was super helpful and now the app is working well. They seem to really care and that's nice in this day and age. I took a hard fall while not wearing my watch... Lesson learned!
