App is useless after awhile! Went to login to get use of card but lost username and password. Needed to call customer service to get card info. Ughhhh! Frustrating!!!
It keeps crashing and will not open up. 2hats the point of Fallon suggesting this app so you can have your card information if the app doesn't work.
How do apps like this even exist. It's been out for 6-7 years and it's still crashing??!!? Zero
It's a losing log on information in order to re log in you need your member ID which is on your card making this app useless

I love this app. Not only does it take up little to no space on my phone, now I can go to doctors appointments worry free knowing I always have my card with me
Would be nice, though, as long as it's on my phone, if the phone numbers on the back were clickable.
Works for me. No problems here.
My son away at college can use this without having to carry another card or worry about losing the card.
Love this app - useful and very easy to use.
NOT USER OR CELL PHONE FRIENDLY. The logon will not remember username. So if you go to the Doctor and do not have your ID Card, you can't logon to give them your information..And most frustrating the app is not mobile device friendly. There is so much information on each screen it makes use totally frustrating and impossible to use. JUST DON'T BOTHER TO DOWM LOAD.
