Fallout Pip-Boy

I love your app, it works very well, even with all the mods I use,, which is quite a few. I would like it even more to see this app on the Microsoft store, so I can use a windows 10 computer for it. Because the only thing I don't like is when I can't keep my device running the entire time. It times out after a while. Please port this to Windows 19 Microsoft store to be used on a computer.

it's actually pretty useful for me, I have a pretty crappy computer so it lags a lot when I try to go into the pip boy, this saves me the framerate, but I dont have a very good internet connection, therefore I can't use it effectively enough to really bother, if there was a way to connect to my computer and to the fallout game without using wifi, you should integrate that, I'll surely be rating higher when I see that come on the changelog or updates

so, I've heard a lot of good things about the app and stuff, but I can't seem to get it to connect I'll hook everything up right, then it'll stay on the 'connecting' screen forever before shutting off I play on an Xbox one and it doesn't seem to work e v e r if you guys could help me out, that would be great I feel like it would be a perfect advantage

This app is really useful. You can look at the map with the Pip Boy without actually using the Pip Boy in game. It actually shows you moving too! Its awesome. I dont know if this is possible but,do you think you could make it work with other Fallout games as well? Like for example Fallout 3 and New Vegas? Would be awesome!

i give this 2 stars only for the mini game on it. but there is a big issue with this app in that i cannot connect to my PlayStation at all. i have only phone's internet so can't get both on a single WiFi. The issue is, though, that we should be able to connect through usb cord, doesn't PlayStation support Bluetooth/tethering, or just one of the many other ways a phone can connect to the PlayStation.

it was fine. had connectivity issues at times (I dont enrirely blame the app for that). Didn't really have a use other than the initial gimmick. I will still be using it, but it really works best with the actual pip-boy.

This is a neat companion app for Fallout 4. It turns your phone or tablet into a pip boy in-game, letting you change equipment and check info without accessing the menu. Works well, haven't run into any problems.

Im only giving one star because of a glitch. Everytime i move my character in game, the pip boy freezes. Making me have to restart the app, pretty much defeating the entire purpose for the app. I know this app works for other people and is a great addition to fallout 4, i just wish it would work for me.

I only have one issue. This app keeps removing its icon and listing in my apps even though it's still installed, and I have to open it through the play store....This is a must have if you are a Fallout nerd like me!!! It's like having a pipboy in real life. Everything communicates smoothly with the game and really is a real time real world fallout 4 accessory.

I would try to not say it in a rude way. This is a COMPANION APP that connects to fallout 4. If you don't know what fallout {e.t.c} is, it is a string of games(not connected) about finding or doing some thing in the irradiated world (p.s, this only works for fallout 4)so if you don't have fallout 4 installed, uninstall the app or turn around. Hi dev's I was playing fallout 4 on my PS4 and found this app on my phone so I enabled pip boy in the settings and tried to connect but didn't work after leaving my session then going back in to my session to see if that would work but it didn't it still said no devices could be found. Do I need to turn on Bluetooth or something?

This is NOT a standalone application. It needs to be used alongside the Fallout 4 game. It's a great sidekick especially when you are in a pinch and need to hurry up and use your Pip Boy, but don't have time to access it in-game. Great life saver!!

The app is interesting and would be very useful, but it simply doesn't work. I can connect it just fine and link it to my Fallout 4 game with no problems, but then it constantly disconnects at random for no apparent reason, which makes it utterly worthless.

I guess my phone screen isn't big enough? Moving through the pipboy interface is all really clunky and not very practical to use while playing on PC. The pipboy games are also poorly adapted to use on a touchscreen so there's not even much to it as a game. Pretty disappointing overall.

need update. used to work. i decided to re-install and re-play fallout 4 on my pc (after upgrading gpu). it connected fine (for those saying it won't connect, on pc, allow your fallout 4 exe through firewall) but hanged after a few second (heavily modded with f4se)

pretty good. love messing with my friend's account with it, and of course using it for myself. just wish it was compatible with all the Bethesda fallout games or at least fallout 76.

I'm a big fallout fan I have played fallout 3 4 and new Vegas but we lost are TV so the apps useless but still it's got great texture and graphics only one thing I love the most the music player so ya keep making games like fallout and guides for them

Won't even connect with my Xbox. Sees it on the network but just errors out when trying to connect. Absolutelt useless and Bethesda obviously doesn't care to update it with a fix. Pathetic.

You have to be connected to the internet to use it. Even when my phone and xbox are connected to the same internet and i click on my xbox it says it couldn't connect. its just a waste of time.

I love Fallout and this app is great for Fallout 4 and also great to put in your pipboy if you have one. It's also cool that you can use it while playing the game. the only reason I give it a 4 star is because I would like it to work on Fallout 76

This is an absolute UNIT for a fallout 4 play through. I'll be playing, having my friend sit next to me working this thing. I'll go, "Yo can you pull out my fat man?" and he does it. It works ultra well and I think you should get this. My only complaint is that the map doesn't let you fast travel, otherwise awesome,

i love this app and i used to use it a lot, but now every time i try to press something, it presses to the right of where i ACTUALLY pressed. it's annoying so I'm just not going to use it anymore. and yes, i have tried to restart the app and everything.

The app is very user friendly however, the downfall of the app is how the app doesn't stay up to date after you disconnect the app from your game. I have a serrated combat knife on my Xbox but on the app it shows a basic combat knife

My only problem with this is that it won't let you play the audio holotapes you've collected and have in inventory. I would also like to see the map update with the nuka world and far harbor dlc maps as well.

works really well but i just dont see the use of it. i mean you could just pull your pip boy out in-game and pause time. when you use this you could be attacked by a raider. but if you use the in-game one it pauses time and you dont have to worry.
