Too stupid and lazy to program this myself. I've wanted this exact Live Wallpaper for quite some time.

This app works so smoothly on my phone. Looks amazing but it could do with a wider range of colours. Otherwise great app!

Note: The "Screen refresh rate" setting does not appear to actually be Hz (hertz) but rather a mislabelled delay in milliseconds; the 100 "Hz" (i.e. 100ms = 10Hz) setting looks pretty close the original Pipboy IIRC, with similar flicker (odd that another reviewer who hinted they are a "die-hard fan" thought the flicker was anomalous, har har)... Few, Slow, and Green to complete the illusion.

So I "install" the app, it says it successfully installed, however the icon for the application doesn't exist on my phone. I went to "My Apps", and it's not located there. I clicked on the notification where it said it successfully installed, and it just located me back to the Google Play Store. Only reason giving it 1 star is because of this. Every other app I install works fine, so I don't believe it's anything on my end.

Works great and looks just as good, I think the refresh rates are backwards though. Noting a small update can't fix :-D

This app is great, needs more downloads!! If you keep making wallpapers i'll keep downloading and rating!

Awesome! You have to play around with the settings to get it perfect, but afterwards it works great!
