MUCH improved over how it looked and worked a few years ago! It deserves an award for the most improved app. The UI is really nice now. There are lots of great exclusive deals and coupons. Product scan makes it easy to find qualifying products while in a store. A bit too many notifications for my taste, but they're not too intrusive and I recommend this app.

Ok, so, I was in store when I downloaded app. Tried to set up account but it didn't work. Thought I'd try again later when I had more time. But I could use scanner then. Lots of discrepancy between scanned price, shelf price and checkout price. Nice manager checked prices with her scanner so I knew what price should be. Also, even though I had an item in hand, the scanner would say item not available at that store. Ugh! Taking app off phone.

I REALLY want to like this app. However, when you cannot see coupons until you select a store, and the app will NOT allow you to select a store due to some "internal error," then it kind of makes the app pointless! Off to Dollar General's FUNCTIONING app I go...

Went to 2 separate stores in my area and each time their app quit working in store. So I couldnt use it to scan items or check to see if a particular item was the right one for the coupon. Tried other apps and everything else was fine. As soon as I stepped outside the store their app immediately worked fine. Every coupon I had clipped showed up. Seems fishy that both stores I went too I had the exact same experience.

I did have access to FD, as well as, the smart coupons. With the new app, I have NOT been able to clip coupons. I written to the customer service link, but to NO avail. No one responds to email. This sucks, I tried changing email accounts and updating information in my account. Still can't clip coupons. Going to DG & WD. This upgraded app SUCKS!!!! If anyone out there can help me maneuver this app or have a solution to my issue please, let know what I am missing or doing wrong.

Coupons used to be great, but now it's mostly just overpriced cleaning products and air fresheners. Miss the days when they actually had coupons for snack foods and other things.

I am truly disappointed by the way I was treated at my local store. Nobody in the store knew how to apply my digital coupons to my purchase. This is the only store nearby that I can get to easily. I going to start using Amazon or Walmart. this is ridiculous

Well I found out why when I scan items the price don't show up. Well it's because they unplug the wifi so if they see you scanning they unplug it and tell you it's regular price when it's 2 season s old.

Pointless junk I'm not giving you my credit card number. How many lazy people can't walk into the store and buy something, and the scam of it all is they won't give you coupons or discounts with out the app. And why do you need access to my photo, contact and credit card just to save a nickel hahahhahahha what a joke only fools use this.

Every since the update I have not been able to clip or use my coupons and it even erased all of my data showing how much I have saved. Rather have the old app back instead of the updated one. Anyone else experiencing this problem???? Can't even give it a star honestly. Hopefully that will change after the fix 🙏 🙂

I have a bit of a hard time keeping track of offers and discounts, but, that is on me. The app does give you opportunities to save if you can spend the time to focus and plan ahead.

Our Family Dollar Store here, in My lil' town, is by far where I do the majority of My shopping for everything...💯 I L♡VE My Family Dollar! It's kinda like the "Walmart" for small towns. FD ALWAYS has great selections of all the products I use REGULARLY at unbeatable prices.*BONUS SAVINGS* with My coupons from My Family Dollar APP are SO FREAK'N AWESOME! I keep all of the products that My son & I need,want,love,& USE daily STOCKED @home & I keep more CASH!🤑Doesn't get much better than THAT! 💯

Use to love this app until the upgrade now I hate it! Every single time I try to use it it says no internet connection which is bull! I have tried updating and reinstalling but still the same! Please fix or I will be getting rid of it.

If you can't give us move to sd I can't afford to use your app. ALSO...The app should store "my store" location & not have to waste time resetting that. I would LOVE to keep the app on my phone, but in online work I do I need All the in device storage possible to test apps, devices +++. So the apps I am able to keep loaded are ONLY THE SD CARD CAPABLE STORAGE. 😭 CUZ I LOVE THE STORE. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU FIX THAT PLZ.

This app truly makes my life easier. I use it almost daily and I am in a family dollar store almost daily as well. The family dollar... family of employees makes my visits like a neighborhood store type of feel. Family dollar is part of my family in a round about way,& I appreciate it so darn much

When I look up or scroll through the products 60% of it says it's 'not available in your store' when it is so you can't see a price. ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING!

Everything was fine with this app at first, the reason I am giving 2 stars is because it has been a while that for some reason, coupons are saying they're expired way before their actual expiration date.

I always been a Shopper of Bargains But as a young girl I used to get so excited shopping at the local dollar stores. We had a local one in our town we called the Southside family dollar. I wish they never closed and only kept the one clear across town. We have a DG but it's not the same to me Family dollar had the best home an beauty supplies my opinion. Not to mention clothes.

Staff are amazing considering they are under staffed not enough people to work. I really enjoy this store I have always been treated like a human being instead of a number/$. The staff they have now are awesome. I tell everyone about this store. 😊😊❤️♥️💖💗💓💞💕

Arrived at the south 13th location in Lincoln, ne at 6:20pm and they were apparently closed. Google says they close at 10pm. The app says 9pm. But the orange paper they tapped to their window says they close at 7pm. What!?!?!?!

I shops here for school supplies, household and other things. Saves alot of time in the aisles and the customer service is always good.

I love this easier way to clip the coupons and save lots of $$$. Ill always forget about my "spend $25 or more and save $5" coupon they provide on our reciepts. But if i can continually clip the coupon on my app....it will automatically deduct that $5 when i put my phone number on it!

Terrible app for coupons. There is hardly ever any new ones added ever and the navagation screen is so touchy. You can barely search for any product because it usually brings up things you aren't even searching for. This app needs some serious work done. At least DG did better with their app with the last upgrade.

I loved the app better when you could clip a coupon and see what products attached to that coupon. I have zero signal in the store so, scanning an item is impossible. Please bring back that feature. Coupon, item and pricing.

Its okay if you have no other options. Family dollar is over priced in my opinon. Dollar General is better. DG's App is better too because you can put our items in a list and see you estimated total and see how much things are when using digital coupons.

I liked the first version of the FD App which allowed you to create a shopping list and showed you your clipped coupons. This newer version is too scattered, unorganized and lately the coupons are not attaching when scanning.

Does not work when you are in the store. Needs alot of work on its site, for instance a button to select all coupons instead of going through each and every one and clipping them.

I won't be going here agian I read their online policy about coupons and at said they accepted valid print at home coupons and I went in today and they said they only accept newspaper coupons and nothing else.

It was good the 1st time I used it. I clipped my coupons Friday evening & when I went to use them on Saturday some of them had unclipped on its own. I won't be using this app if this can't be fixed!

Love my smart coupons with our them I wouldn't be able to get the better things in life like name brand laundry soap. Thank you for the great money saving app keep up the wonderful work.
