Family Express

This app is absolutely horrible!! I went to create an account, but it says my phone number is already in use. So I went to log in and reset the password, but it comes back as "invalid". Not operator error. It's the app.

App will not function since updating. I get w frozen blue screen that says family express, but can't do anything.

I installed the app, but everytime I try to log in, I get told my email "looks invalid". I been using this same email address for 4 years now. Fix it, and I'll upgrade this rating to 5 stars. Still waiting for this app to be fixed.

Works great when it works! Right when I get up to the car wash doors it won't load!!!! Csncel the the time out so I can load it up and have it at home for when I do get to the car wash!!!!!!!

I love the new updated app. I hear that Android users are having a hard time since the update. I have an Android and it works perfectly fine for me.. I think it may be an operator error.. I like that you can look on your phone to see the where your at with the club perks instead of having to get the receipts.

This ap never works right. If I wouldn't have screenshot my carwash code, I would never be able to use the wash! Every time I go to open it it just freezes on the blue screen. I cleared out data and cash, reinstalled, logged back in. Worked fine for a few days then back to not working.

I haven't been able to use my card for over 6 months. And NOONE in store knows how to fix the problem. It will not allow you to use your phone # if it was used previously. Per say a lost card or the fact that the company had customers switch cards when they updated their system. Very irritating. Since I cannot get the extra perks I'm going back to speedway. They will at least reply to comments on here. BTW Most of your employees are GREAT. Too bad the app isnt great. ✌🏻

Was working great. Then about a month ago it stopped letting me order pizza through the app. When trying to put into cart it goes to a white screen with FE logo and Cravings logo. And that is all. Have been in contact with FE by email. They got back to me and would have developer look into it and get back. Still waiting. Mike. As of 3/13/20 app still does not work.

I can't order online unless I sign up with my email, etc. They want me to scroll through 55 years of the calendar to put in my Birthday, so I skipped that. When I tried to sign up, it wouldn't work. I used to just go to the app to view my offers and order food. Now I can't do anything. Deleted this new app until they get rid of all the bs

I love this app for the most part. The car wash code section needs improvement so you can manually add a code if needed. When I purchase the wash at the pump, even when using my FE Perks card it does not load into the app. Otherwise great app and very user friendly!

The only gas station that I like to go to! The people who work there treat you as if they're your best friend and I love that! Always better gas prices there too

The update for this app is a terrible example for the company. It makes the company look childish. Unfortunately, I can not go back to the previous version on my phone without uninstalling the entire app. Very poor update.

I don't know if posting this will do any good since similar reviews don't appear to have any response. I recently got a new phone and I downloaded the app. I forgot my password, but every time I try to recover by putting in my email it says unknown error has occurred. I hope this gets resolved soon.

First I have an android phone and when registering the DOB I had to scroll through 2019 to 1986 when I was born instead of just typing mm/dd/yyyy. I don't know if anyone is having the problem but it's a pain doing it the way they have it set up. Second I want to register a new card but it won't let me because my phone already belongs to another card that I lost 2 years ago. Now I can get savings that are offered. Need to have a new card option for those who lost cards.

I am extremely disappointed. we have have been long time customers, and 4 out of 5 of us who have android can no longer access the app with the new update. we stop at various stores multiple times a day, every single day and now when there are many perks, it completely fails.

Decent app for a gas station! Those having trouble with email at registering i had tomake sure the i agree box was checked and i had to type it in, not use autocomplete.

Been trying to sign up for over 2 weeks. When I get to end of sign up process , touch sign up , it doesn't do anything but flash them 3 little green circles then they go away and nothing happens. Very irritating !

i used to live this app but now that it updated it kicked me out and now won't let me sign back in and when i try to make a new account it says my phone number and email address already have an account! very annoying because you can't use the app at all now without signing in

Cannot register. I normally rate everything well. Not sure why. Also call center was only open Monday through Friday. However my 1st card was awesome. 5 stars for the first one but i need a new account and it is now hard to make.

Did anyone try this app after designing it? You have to scroll though a one month calendar to input your birthday. For someone 60 years old that is 720 clicks and there is no way to just input the date. ?????

Cannot create a log in because you have to be over 13. The app will only allow your birthday to go back to 2011. I clicked the months all the way back to 1977 and it said i was born in 2013 after i selected my birthday in 1977.

Worked great until the update. Now i cant log in it says no matching user and when I try to reset my password it says an unexpected error has occurred. But if I try to resign up it says my phone number is already in use.

I'm giving it a 1 star because i never got past the signing up screen i typed in all the correct information and it says email address is not valid. How can that be? i have been using the same email address for 10 years!

Last few times I've been in there you computer has been down haven't got to use any of my gas perks that happened about five times also having issues with the flies in the donuts need to figure out how to steal them cases a little bit better cuz I love the donuts just don't like the Flies so haven't been able to buy donuts
