Absolutely will not allow sign in, even after resetting the password. When resetting the password, there's no ability to put it in twice as a check for accuracy. There's no "show" so I can see if I put it in correctly. I have updated the app, cleared the cache, and everything else you do to make sure you're starting fresh in an app. Don't waste your time. Shop somewhere else!
2/21 Thank you for the corrections and it is no longer glitches out. Would like it to find items even if my spelling is not EXACTLY correct. Better though, thank you Since update and 2and update, app crashes and won't let me even open it. Not fixed. Previously wrote: Love it, would give it 5 stars if it would let me transfer shopping list to cart for pick up and also if you could put the filter back in when you type in an item for the option previously purchased (on an item) not a whole order.
Great app, easy to use and saves a bunch of time by not having to spend an hour or more in the store shopping aisle by aisle. Perfect for someone like me who has physical disabilities. Just order, wait until u get the confirmation text that your order is ready to head to the store. Then u just have to wait in one of the designated spots, call them or use the app to alert them u are there and they bring it all right to your vehicle. If u get the yearly subscription the cost is minimal per order.
Needs a 'Clip All' button. Why would there be a limited "supply" of digital coupons... it's digital just let everyone clip all. Everyone only gets one coupon anyways. Clipping indivual coupons takes longer and clipping all of them at once is just more ideal regardless of whether they'll be used or not, as they expire after a certain time anyways.
The store is frequently out of things which is expected in these trying times.BUT, the workers I ask tell me "it'll be in on Thursday, try back then. it's not. If they don't know then just be honest and save me a 70 mile round trip. Also, the workers are frustrated and some are very rude. I saw what I needed on a pallet and asked the girl about it and she said she was to busy to get it for me and walked away. We went to Walmart, got everything we needed with people that were helpful.
Won't let me change address and therefore shop online. Clunky and hard to navigate.
Other than being frustrated that the back buttons always take me all the way back to the beginning - not just the previous page (suppose to use the x button instead - but isn't always my first impulse) - I love this and the service, and that it allows me to do my grocery shopping as I think of things - while watching my kids, etc. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
Awesome! Family Fare's "Fast Lane" mobile app is a real time saver. I can place my order from anywhere and have it delivered to my car at a time convenient to me. 👍
App freezes, slows, and price changes after checkout on items. To hard to go back. They get you at checkout. No easy way to purchase the clipped coupons with searching for each item individually. These are hard times and this DOES NOT make it easier
Silly me, I reinstalled the app hoping for a different outcome. Password Same problem as everyone else. I needed to reset my password and the email directed me straight back to the login page. There is no way to reset my password. The app is useless until that's fixed. Uninstalling! Joke!
I have been unable to use this app having installed it, unistalled it and reinstalled it three times!! What a waste of time and effort on the part of Spartan Nash. I made a conscious choice to come to your store and my "reward" comes only through this piece of junk. I will buy my groceries elsewhere!
Terrible. I've been trying to log in on the app and I can't get past the spinning wheel on the store selector screen. Got a notification that I had a freebie coupon to clip, but at the rate I'm going it's doubtful I'll get it.
Installed update and now all I get is a white screen. App worked fine before the update. Installed the update you sent and nothing happened. Uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and still get nothing but a blank/white screen. Kinda hard to order with a blank screen.
I have used this app for years and never had an issue. This last update takes me to a blank white screen. Deleted and re downloaded and it's slow as molasses. Not impressed.
App is trash it won't let me log it loads for half a second and stays right on the long in screen
lots of choices from different brands and carry almost anything you might need. it sucks that you can't use cash at their self checkouts though and there is always a long line waiting for regular checkouts. prices are pretty high but they do have good sales sometimes.
love that I can order online but it sucks for searching for items and when you accidentally click back it takes you out of your whole thing and have to log back in. It's a super annoying app but all there is.
This app was uninstalled without my consent when it was supposed to ne updated. Then trying to reinstall, it wants access to EVERTHING. Hell no! No app needs access to your microphone, camera, internal stg, etc.
Even after reseting password, which works on the Family Fare website, it insists my login is invalid.
I love the curbside pickup. Usually they have everything I need and when they don't they will call or text about substitutes. One young man seems to have trouble finding things and will text they are out of stock. When asked if the substitute will be given at the sale price he said he would ask. Low and behold all things out of stock were then in my order. The girls and the other young man, Derek, are great. I am handicapped and Fast Lane is so convenient for me.
Horrible to navigate since updated app. When scrolling to find free item, as soon as you lift your finger to tap the check box, list goes back to coupon page. Horrible.
NEVER been able to get it to work -- not once! Always locks-up the register system in the checkout lane. Here goes nothing 9th time's the charm, I hope!
Really friendly, helpful staff. Store is always clean. App is very user friendly. I save my shopping lists by department. Very easy to shop quickly.
When I open the app, I'm unable to open the tabs, i.e. weekly ad, clipped coupons, etc. without having to restartl my phone. It's very frustrating!
Will show copies of print ads only. Does not allow putting the items into a shopping list. Only coupons go there. Site crashes frequently. Not worth my time.
Loaded this app onto my new Android phone and it works great. I read all the negative reviews and was leery. It loaded in the store. My digit coupons were available and were applied at checkout.
I was never able to use this app. It required me to login with an account number, but when I signed up for rewards, I was not given a card, just told to use my phone number. But my phone number doesn't work to log into the app. I consulted customer service in the store, and was given a customer service number to call. I never did get through, so I deleted the app and rarely shop at the store. What a shame.
I would love to try "Check Out Now." But apparently, that requires a connection to a wi-fi network specifically named, "Family_Fare_WiFi." My local store's wifi isn't named that...so, failure.
I can not get in as a guest. wanted tomlog in and recognized the email but will not let me reset the password. I get an email but the linkmdoes not take me to a page to reset the password. Can't even see the ad. Worthless at this point.
wanted to see if you could view store stock online so I wouldn't have to make a trip if they didn't stock it. no way to change store through the fast lane option; bot said it would prompt for ZIP but it didn't. navigation and UI are messy and so unclear it would be hard to accomplish what I want even if it was just monthly coupons (which seem to be the app's primary function based on my short perusal). useless for my purposes; uninstalled immediately. to me a grocery app should show groceries.
