so I recently noticed that you guys automatically deducted 158 HKD from me. I paid 8 dollars for 3 days,it automatically deducted when I did not even agree for 6 months now. when I checked my subscription status, I couldn't open the page. I want to cancel my subscription, could I have a refund?
Opened up this app for the first time and it somehow already had me in there as a different name and number.. which i can't change. Trash.
I thought this app could help to find someone's lost phone. Still good app. But I paid 48 pesos.. and not I am uninstalling it. Useless
I had been looking for a replacement too Life360 as was not doing what it is meant too. I have set it up and added my Wife in the Circle ease of use and setup easy enough. Haven't really had chance to test it out as yet because we haven't been out yet. But as soon as one of goes out then I can let you know in more detail if it works like it's meant too. Only thing I would say is this. It's not worth near £18 a month. That is extortionate. I think should have a one off payment for life imo
This app automatically subscribed me to 1-year full subscription which cost 969 pesos after subscribing to supposedly 3-day subscription. Now I ended up being scammed by this app. Hopefully I get a refund from google play. Update: I received the Refund. Thanks to Yana of Geozilla for her quick response. I got my money back now, but I'm only giving you guys 3 stars, due to the experience I encountered. Hopefully it won't happen again to other peeps.
It's too expensive. In the GROUPS that you can set up it list's some as an example and it says "blowing buddies"😳😵💫 I don't know what that's supposed to mean, but it doesn't sound like an app I want to pay $20 a month for!
no access into the app the first page that pops up requested for card details. I'm not sure it's a good app.
Wear OS watch not syncing with the app. Obviously this feature doesn't work even though it's advertised. It's the only reason I installed this app, hopefully they fix it anytime soon.
Using loads of battery, far more than it should when only running in the background!
This apps is 101.9 legit and really usefull ! I try to install this apps, first i do not believed because the other apps are scam but when i try this it's true legitable 😊❤ Thank You 😊
Confusing, not helpful. having a problem trying to find where to cancel subscription?
Horrible support. You can never talk to anyone just those annoying automated bots. I paid for a plan but still shows I didn't and I can't talk to an actual person to resolve the issue.
The app works, but the accuracy isnt that good. Usually shows that the person (even myself) is at the side of the road or pretty much in a different area. While using another app like Traccar, accuracy is very good (up to 10m or so). The refresh rate is ok, but there should be an option to choose the refresh rate. Also, sometimes it doesnt show the person HOURS after the person comes back from a flight even if that person's phone is on. Needs some work but overall its a decent app.
Not intuitive at all. I have signed up for the trial expanded account option (whatever it's called) but no rides are registering, etc. Life360 Is so much more easy to use but I don't like how they don't differentiate all drives/rides so was looking for something a bit more detailed. I had hopes for this, but if I'm struggling this much with it, it's not worth it!
if there was a 0 star I would rate it 0. I Uninstalled from the next day after subscription but they still trying to bill my card. please disconnect me from your system. Stop trying to bill my credit card. This is not worth the stress. Thanks
Used to work great. Every update has made it worse. I would no longer recommend this app and in the beginning I thought it was terrific, worse in 2022 than ever.
Still behind Life360! I want to give this app more stars, it's got some great features but the one thing that holds it back is the radius of a circle! 150m is just too big, it needs to be at least a quarter of that if not less! I would say 15m would be the ideal. Actually, what would be ideal is to set a custom area. Until this changes it means we'll be sticking to life360. Update 15/05/22 Thanks for the reply, if these updates get implemented I'll come back and increase my rating.
