I like the storyline it's really interesting and the game is super nice but the levels are too hard, lots of no choice moves basically not even a stragetic game anymore. I can't really enjoy the game when I can't even continue on due to the difficulty. I have to have power ups to finish and the power ups are expensive too.
Very good & fun game! But the ads are killing the momentum. U guys need to rethink the monetizing portion of the game. The ads will kill this game. As much as I do enjoy the game, I also do not have the patience to constantly close ads screen. Fix it or just lose another player as I'm sure I'm not alone in this.
Been playing for a while and then suddenly when I opened it it says no internet, no service. Uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled, updated ect...now when I open it and try to reconnect my Facebook, it again says no internet, no service but will let me play starting from level 1. Contacted the developers on several platforms only to be told "get different internet" um no! I have 5G and every other app/site/electronic works fine! It's a glitch in YOUR app! I'll find a different game.
This game is fun. However it keeps closing out by it self. I thought it was my old tablet but went out and got me a brand new one yesterday. And it keeps closing out and stops responding then you lose all progress. Love the story line and game otherwise. FIX IT!!!
I've been playing for a while but interested to see how the story plays out. It really has me on edge with the sneaky uncle, which keeps me playing! I would like to ask if theirs any way to minimize the megabytes. It does takes up a lot of storage on your phone 🥺
The ads really aren't that overbearing and there are options to view ads for additional lives\bonuses. Gameplay is fun and it has a good storyline. I look forward to the next update so I can continue to play this game!
Gone from 5 stars to 2 stars. It was very enjoyable but is now so ridiculously hard I'm not enjoying it AT ALL. Got better things to do than sit and play a level over and over, and not paying stupid amounts of money to buy bonuses. I have paid money to buy decorative items so I'll leave it for a few weeks and see if things improve.
Fun game, but I' ve been having issues lately. For about 72 hrs, no daily bonus as it is stuck with time-out Venezia event. For about 16 hrs now, game does not connect to my wifi and doesn't load.
I love this game! The levels are challenging, but not too hard. And unlike other match 3 remodel games, I'm actually remodeling the hotel and not wasting stars on other things. I would definitely recommend this game to friends.
I like the game as a game but they ripped me off when I bought a decoration that didn't show up. After two weeks of emails the best they would offer was that the decoration would show up after I use a few dozen more stars. They admit that they can manually unlock it, but refuse. Beware of buying decoration offers that won't appear until some time in the future. I'm sure I'm not the only one to experience this `glitch`. I hate that this game ripped me off because I was really enjoying it.
The game is lovely, but some problems I had. 1. Don't attention much to these pictures. All except the last two of them, are advertisement and not real. 2. I assigned with my fb account, but after changing my phone, reassigning with fb, not worked and game started from begining. Plsssss ... Make a way for keeping your audiences!!!
Kinda liked this game, but now I can't play anymore because the game tells me I "don't have internet access" when it loads at 58%, although I'm connect to wifi or 4G. Other apps that require internet access work fine as usual. The loading screen is also different, was there some sort of update ?
My game has been messing up and crashing since the last update. I have tried contacting support 3 times since and still haven't heard back. It has caused me to lose lives. In other games losing lives wouldn't be such a big deal bc you can ask for lives from friends but this game does not have that option. Very frustrating!! I am getting close to deleting the game.
The game is great but the lame part of it is that sometimes you need access to the internet to fix the hotel , I would have recommended for such parts to be free and low ads.
This game is a very interesting game but have been having issue with it since the day I downloaded it, whenever am playing the game it stop by itself and go to home screen but I was still managing it.since yesterday have been stuck in chapter twelve,I have key to set music at the hotel for Mr cornor but it isn't going,if I click on set music it wouldn't set.pls do something about it I will be pained if am to delete this game .
I love the game, but way to many ads at every level of game play. Not enough game play, I will give it chance, but man way to many ads.

Game seems fun so far. Just so annoying how 25 offers pop up at once every so often. Then I don't understand why when I downloaded the game the icon pic looks like im playing a dirty game. Not a huge deal but sometimes my daughter likes to play games on my phone.
The game is a great game but the level are very hard and boosters are very expensive . Please make the level easier so I can play and get key again.
This one of my favorite games, but for a few days now it won't load, it says I have wifi connection, but all other games work and I also downloaded it on my other devices and it's works good...it did work good on this one but don't know why now...
The game is slow in order to renovate a room or replace a floor or any improvements you have to play a game to get keys,,,,, makes the game long and boring
This game is a great game and some levels are hard but that is alright there are not a lot of ads and simply fun thanks to the people who made this game.
I got very addicted to this game. Decent graphics cool animations gotta give that! But it would be more enjoyable if you pass a certain level for example like.. After every 5 levels it gotta be with extra rewards. Money, maybe two keys, and it would very time consuming if it had chest system... You win a level you get a chest,5O to open it takes 10mins for example. I would come back and give this 5 stars if this game updates it and puts chest system. 💯💯💯 -Keep it up. Don't fail us!! <3
This is a great game but i am having issue rn. I cannot continue with the game. I am pressing the button to use the keys but nothing happens. Idk if there is a bug rn but i hope you can fix this. I am at the last room now. Thank you!
I want to love this game, but ads after every single level just ruin the flow and makes me exit rather than keep going.
The app is not loading after the update. The app itself is freezing at 15% loading. So I couldn't contact the support team thro settings.
I have been playing this game for a long time, on my phone, I will be honest when I say that I cannot buy anything, but I have gone far on phone. Now my friend gave me a tablet, and I decided to do the game over on here, and will still play all the time. Never ever got boring. Love it ! This 70 Jr old lady is always going to play.
Good potential too many unrequested ads. Frequent, unskipable ads when completing a level. I understand an ad when in trade for a power up, or occasionally after a level if skipable 10 to 15 seconds in, but an ad after each of 3 levels completed in a row is making me delete your game and will cause me to avoid other games by your company. If you can stand the ads, its a fun game with what looks like may develop into a decent plot line.
