Family House

It's not what I thought it would be. I thought it would be like the Sims or Virtual Families, but it's a click and wait game that tells you to enter in family members without much dynamic gameplay. Typing in this game is a challenge too because of the large keyboard compared to the small screen and difficulty in selecting behind the words or numbers to delete them. The customization is good, however, and the art style is nice.

This was a good game. I played this on my old phone and it was amazing but when that one broke, we got a new one. And when i downloaded it, a big black bar was on the right side of the screen and a blue bar on the left. I was still at the loading screen at the time and I thought "Hm maybe the game wont be like this when i get past the loading screen.". But, nope. That means I cant access the family button or any other button except for the ones at the top. This was great when I played before.

I used to play it and I found it very fun. But after downloading it on my new phone, a bit of the screen is cut off with a big blue bar - the other side is black. So I cant get to the shop button, hence I cant finish the tutorial. Please fix this. My problem is still not fixed months later. Please tend to your game. Till then, you lose my services

I had this game a few years ago and loved it. After I got my new phone I reinstalled the app. I was so disappointed when I tried to load the game I got a message that said connecting to service. After about 20 minutes I gave up and uninstalled the game then reinstalled to see if that would fix it. 5 reinstalls later, it still won't work. So disappointing

I can't get past the tutorial because the ghost ( the one supposed to be helping us through the tutorial) is stuck on " press shop button to get furniture" but there is no shop button and I don't know if this is because the screen is cut off so the shop button is not showing for me to press but it is very irritating because I want to play but you guys don't respond to players issues or fixed it because I see other players are having the same issues!

You seriously need to fix this problem. I used to play this all the time but then I had to delete it for other reasons. I can't even get in the game because it won't even load. It takes more that 20mins saying "connecting" But it's not connecting at all. I don't need WiFi because my phone is different. My data is perfect but it still doesn't work. I don't recommend anyone get this until the creator's fix it. Very disappointed 😞.

I have a few suggestions to help improve the quality #1: Instead of getting one new family member/friend when you level up how about 2? maybe even 3 if you have a super high level! I'm suggesting this because as you level up it gets harder to well level up so you get bored of your people and want a few new faces.#2: can you possibly decrease the price of the pets? Instead of having to pay 50 jewels for something you don't really do anything with besides see maybe have it be 5,000 coins + feed

I have had this app for several YEARS. it used to fit my phone screen perfectly. Now, theres blue and black bars on the sides, blocking about a sixth of the screen, and making it impossible to pass the tutorial because the buttons are blocked. I have spent over 50 dollars on this game, and now I cant even log in because it wont let me hit that button. FIX. THIS. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Uninstalled. Also, stop ignoring all the critical reviews. Its rude.

I used to play this game years back and I was so glad that i found it again yesterday! when I went to play it, some of my screen has been cut off.. so i cannot access the shop to progress with the game! I would change my rating if this was fixed.

i started playing this game when it didn't have that many downloads and i had fun playing it. it wasn't until 2 years when while i was playing, the game just suddenly froze. i tried deleting the game and downloading it again several times but it didn't work. i tried downloading it again today but it remained frozen. this is such a good game, please fix this problem.

I used to play this game years ago, but now with the new updates, my screen gets cut off on the sides and I can't click on the shop button because it doesn't even show up... I would love the game and change my rating if you could just fix that problem.

loading. It took EXTREMELY long to load. And then it had a start a new game, or log into facebook page. I dont have a facebook account personally, so I clicked start a new game, but it does, nothing? It was wierd since It looked frozen, but my mouse moved and everything was fine. It just wouldn't let me play. Please fix this!

I love everything except that you don't get good clothing and hair choices. The shoes are ok but everything else in the "edit person" is bad clothing and hair choices. Not trying to be rude or anything but can you maybe improve that? Thanks.

This is a fun concept and its fun to add to the house & relatives. What really made me not like the game was the stamina system for your own home. Cleaning & putting out more food etc all costs stamina. I couldn't clean all the spots in the house during just the five minutes I picked up to play the game. This isn't an issue early on, but as you progress there isn' enough stamina to really do half of the things in your house anymore. The stamina system really hurts the game.

I've been playing this game for about a year now & was really enjoying it. However for the past few months I constantly have trouble getting in as it gets stuck on loading neighbors, I only have 2. I emailed the developers about it but never received a response. And now I haven't been able to login at all for the past 3 days.

Well totally I REALLY REALLY LOVE this game because this is what I'm looking for. But the problem is in the part when I'm level up and it's time to add a family member in the MENU but suddenly there are no menu button. Please fix this, coz I really love this.

I used to really like this game, stopped playing it for a while, but now reinstalled it. It freezes every time I get to one of the first screens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, nothing works.

This game is nice you'll get used to it as you play ! I was gonna give it a five stared rating but the time when I got over level seven it all started doing this error nonsense my WiFi is working perfectly. Its the games problem I'd like the people in charge to fix it but good job this game is nice 😉 but needs to get better after my complaint I hope you fix this soon so I can get back in playing this game!

I absolutely loved this app before the game producers made it so you can't pass the tutorial as the screen is too small for anyone's phone. I rate this a 2 star because it was a great game and it needs fixing. Do it NOW please!

I hope we can do more with the characters, like a choice of how they interact with each other and can you please let them have jobs or businesses so they can be successful.. also, hope the furnitures can be faced sideward, so it's not only facing front.. but overall, it's fun to play and it's really addictive..

im having problems on the game.. when i purchased some gem for a wedding theme. it wasnt showing it. and the screen has also cut the right side of the game so im unable to add more relatives as the button is not showing in the screen. please fix it

I've played this game on my old phone but when I downloaded it on my new phone, there was a blue screen on the left and a black screen on the right. The black screen was covering some buttons so I can't really play anymore, please fix this! But other than that it's a good game

Loved this game when it used to work on my phone. As others have said, the display is messed up on newer devices. I have the Samsung Galaxy s10+ and part of the screen is missing, so it's impossible to play.

I downloaded it and then a bug came the family menu doesn't come in the screen after that I reinstalled 5 and again download it but it is a wrost game I ever played, first when I was playing this game it was nice but now it is wrost,fix the bug otherwise it is the worst game ever before it won't be fixed I advice everyone to not download this game. I think hope they will fix this make (family house - the ultimate dollhouse 2) I am just advising you not ordering.

This game is perfect to kill time and helps set goals! It will also help to make the best of your time. I love opening rooms and getting new family members. You can restock, get more money and add your entire family! I have all of my family (cousins...aunts...uncles...sibling-in-law and even my half siblings cousins!) in side on the house. I think everything right at my hands. This game is so great and the graphics are really good. I think anybody with time to kill would love this game.💗💗

Just like quite a few of the other reviews, I've played to game a few years ago and began thinking about it again, and just like the other reviews the game got stuck on "Connecting to server..." And I was sitting there for 2 hours trying to wait for it to load, I would love to play this game again, but I won't be able to if the problem isn't fixed.

It runs smoothly on my phone , but unfortunately due to formatting issues, big black bars conceal the family menu, making the game worthless. Making the screen slightly wider would just fix this issue. Such a shame, was looking forward to playing this.🙁

It's a great game but I think they should either reduce prices of stuff in the shops or making money easier to get, like everyone in your home can get a job. Otherwise it's hard to buy much without spending loads of money.

The app will not even load when I open it! It's just a blue screen that says connecting to server, and I've waited forever and nothing changes.
