I love FLN and this app works well. My first review was critical of how it wants to run in the background. I learned it needs yhat permission or else your phone stops playing the music if the screen goes off or you start using another app in front of it. I also appreciate how little data it uses to stream for an hour or longer.
App will not stop playing... Tried installing several times in the past few years and it has been the same. Installed again since tune in app no longer streams family life and now fln starts up every couple of minuets. Really hoped it would work so we can stream in car when traveling but looks like that we will need to uninstall
When trying to stream radio off app it always stops after a couple minutes when phone is locked. Only way to get it to play again is to unlock phone. Happens on pixel 2xl running Android 10 & when updated to 11. Same issue occurred on pixel 4xl running both android 10 & 11. Hope to see issue addressed at a later date.
5 stars for the musical content, but 1 for delivery. It buffers, constantly. Not only on the app, but also on TuneIn. May be my device, dunno, but other TuneIn channels play fine, as do other streaming apps.
Love the music, hate the app. Plays for about 10 minutes then stops playing, have to reopen and hit play again. Don't have to do this with other streaming apps. Please fix!!
Love the live radio station but the app is horrible. Made it thru one song and it cuts off entirely. Deleted the app. Not worth my time to keep checking on the app all day.
I downloaded to listen to the Christmas music, but only one song plays and then it quits and to get another song to play I have to go back in the app and press play again. I was hoping to be able to just let the Christmas music play continuously.
This app shutts off after 3 minutes of playing. Signal & battery power have nothing to do with the issues. Please update the app so that it works properly
This app is amazing! It changed my life with the family life ministries and its great that i can listen to it anywhere i go! Very uplifting and motivational!
This is a great app for when you're on the go! I listen to Family Life through this app when I can't listen to it on the radio, like at school! it also tells you the name of the song that's playing, which is great for people who want to get the song but don't know what the name is!
More people need to listen to this app! It's very up lifting, especially during this time of Corona virus.
Love Family Life radio. They play the best Christian music at just the right time! I enjoy their programming It's all relavent to what's happening in our world today.

Generally a good app with one major flaw: once you start streaming, it doesn't stop playing. Every other streaming or music player i use stops playing when the device it was connected to disconnects. This does not. Unplug the earphones in a quite environment, and the speaker starts blasting. Turn off the Bluetooth car radio and the phone starts blaring. It also will randomly start playing itself, and there seems to be no way to remove it from running in the background.
