Disappointed! I have enjoyed this app until the latest update. It went from a free, basic app that did the job well to a very high cost premium app. It was great before (5⭐). I get it, money needed for development, etc, but $79! Why not offer a paid version that is more reasonable, like a premium basic, that is just like it was befor the update, for $20-25 to buy outright. Thanks for taking the intrusive subscription adds off. It just doesnt work the same. I AM DISAPPOINTED but not as bad.
I used to love this app, I no appreciate the way you try to make us pay. Pop up each time you try to do something is to much!! You need to offer different plan like cheaper price subscription for basic and more expensive to used all the features! I be happy to subscribed for basic for reasonable price, now what you offer it's really to much you can buy basic plan for much cheaper with similar apps Most apps offered free basic and upgrade with subscription . Really desapointed!!!
Finally frustrated and uninstalled.. Earlier was working good and suddenly got an update and boom! it stopped working. Gave constant reminder to go Premium, like i dont want to go premium, i was happy earlier. The reminder is so annoying that the moment you touch screen, the page pops up the Premium reminder !!! DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!
not happy. i updated the app today, now it won't let me see what i could see before and keeps popping up with an advert wanting money from me. when i first installed it i never had this!! i signed up for basic subscription and it never displayed ads before wanting me to pay to use features I've already been using. i have tried to email your support email address but it doesn't work.
Basically forces you onto their premium (only 1 type) subscription. Without it, the best you can do is a street address with the signup ad. Very pricey as compared to other apps, so I'm quite sure I will go elsewhere. Rating will slowly tank and eventually nobody will install. Terrible business decision. Edit: if I contact support will you lower the price?
It seems to be a very good app. All main functions are present and work well. There are no complaints so far. Just two suggestions. 1) To name places as Места (instead of Геофенсинг) in Russian translation, just like Places in English or Luoghi in Italiano 2) To display | hide created Places (Места) on the map
This app used to be very good freeware. I was allowed to keep up with my family using unlimited places, position updates, history, etc. They recently made a change that made all of these awesome features only available if you paid 10 dollars a month! What a joke! I will just move on to another app that offers these features for free. Would be a good app if they didn't paywall it.
The app was actually quite good. One thing though, IT USED UP MY BATTERY. Honestly it was fine just really annoying. Would have hiven it a 5 star but i deleted it because storage was running out and now I cant het it back again. Overall Good app. loved it plus you can visit places in the world. if someones in a different country you can see them😁
The "arrives" and "leaves" notifications for places can't be changed after a place is initially created. I have seen this on three different phones. I emailed the developer over a week ago about this obvious/serious bug and have received NO RESPONSE. Extremely disappointing.
Wow, what a difference March 2019 too July 2019 .. Whatever update U did has now wrecked what was good to absolutely useless! - 1. The Free app used to show your history from the previous day etc, not anymore! - 2. The 1st screen on login now shows an annoying Subscription Service U need to buy, OR, click the X in the top left corner .. The app as a Paid Subscription works fine, everything works, BUT, @ $15.99 PER MONTH, is an absolute RIP OFF .. I'll find something else. Uninstalled. Not Happy!
Not bad for a free app but doesnt actually show speed and have to keep refreshing page to locate family member...Map doesn't automatically follow on screen while moving. Otherwise a good app.Also wanted speed in mph (not that it even shows up anyway)
2nd UPDATE: JUNK! NEVER FIXED ISSUE!! UNINSTALLED!! UPDATE: I have been using this app for 3 months now and it was totally serving its purpose. I knew where my family was, what speed they were traveling and the amount of battery charge they had. The problem I have with this app is that it says the app was free... And I would have given a 5 star if in fact it was free... However, now it won't give me the info without purchasing the app. I will unistall if this is not fixed.
there is a problem. when sb in a group turns off their phone and then turns it on, you cant locate them unless they open the app again, there would be such way that when i search the person, the app run by itself, or at least there would be an option in the setting for this capability
App seems pretty good but the "Places" feature doesn't actually work. Like mentioned in an earlier review, after inputting the address the next arrow doesn't allow you to click on it.
Thanks for your response. BUT Regardless of the improvement . I still RECOMMEND ALL USERS TO REMOVING THE APP IN PROTEST. Latest version constant bombardment with subscription ads. As if we have no memory of what add we just saw... it literally hammers us with the same ad.
my family was using life 360 for years but it was getting worse, not better. we have been trying this one of a few weeks and it works pretty good most of the time. They seem to keep updating it so I believe that it will be a great tool. my only current complaint is that I have MPH set as the default, however I am seeing KPH on everyone's icon on the map. I will continue to update my review as time passes. give it a try, its worth it!
Update Sep 26 2019: I emailed your Support email on 7/13 and still have never heard from you. Sorry but I will make sure that I do not recommend this app. Update July 13 2019: Well, I'm now one of the people who is getting very annoyed by the popups to sign up for the paid version :( Just about every time I touch something the popups happen. When it works, it works well. I am happy with the free version, and if this keeps up, I will stop using the product. Please fix this. Original post: Seems to work as advertised. 1 issue though is Kilometers/hour... can't get it to read in MPH.
