Family Locator for Sprint

Hasn't worked in over a week

Doesn't work, doesn't do anything except waste time. I don't understand why Sprint would go with a non functional app. I'll probably have to change carriers now, as we need to keep tabs on my elderly mother. Way to go Sprint bean counters!

You can't even log in on this version. You enter your phone number and password, click "Ok" and go no where. You're just stuck on the home screen which is a map of the world. The original version was much better, you locate anyone on your account. If your child doesn't want you to know where he or she is, why would your child accept an invitation to be located by another family member? Which is the parameter of the Sprint "Safe and found" app, that's just stupid. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The original version of the "Family Locator" app was great until you guys decided to try to improve it and just made it much worse. Just leave well enough alone.

The older version had better customizable features liked it better. This new one is not very good.

This was installed and never let me in. I better not get billed. I am uninstalling and will be calling sprint. Not happy at all. Sprint always finds something to get money from customers.

Stupid. Asks for a password but never gives you opportunity to define up. Therefore can't get in.

Not accurate and works less than half the time. And I there is a fee for this service

It started perfect now it can't even locate and if it does its not even accurate needs to be fixed 👎🖓

This app is much better then Sprint Family Locator and app uses Google Map to help you Navigate to you family. Problem is app icon continues to disappear and I have to uninstall then reinstall to use app.

Why does it say free on the icon link? This is very misleading. Unless you click on *read more,* you don't know that you're going to be billed after 15 days.

Have never used this before. Wants me to log in, but doesn't give the options for new members to create a log in

Update. Looks like the problem has been fixed. Thank you to the developer! ...(old review)-Used it for years and it has been great. Now neither my wife or I can login. No error message when trying though. It just keeps asking us to log in instead of letting us locate family members. The true Sprint app works fine...

The last release wouldn't let me log in. Now it is working great again! God job.

This has been a daily go to for several years with no issues. The past few days I have not been able to access it. I am prompted to log in and then nothing. Please fix.

This was the only app to use on the sprint network. Now it doesn't give accurate information when does work! I was somehow logged out and I'm unable to log back in. There is no password reset option!

It worked fine before better than other apps please fix it. Thank you!

I have been using it for years but last week or so it is not letting me access the app. Either send a notification as to what the issue is or refund the monthly fee for an app that is not working

What's going on? I can't get in either for the past week!
